Discover the magic of color at Crayola Experience Plano, Crayola’s premier, one-of-a-kind family attraction! Located inside The Shops at Willowbend Mall

I was a bit worried about going into a place where kids are close together with the COVID, however Crayola employees were cleaning everything right after each child/parent was done with a project. Wyatt was so very helpful and knowledgeable. We asked him for help several times and he was always willing to help and was very kind and informative. Om was a gem in the gift shop helping us in many ways. Another guy with dark hair that was in the booth where you get the animals and paint was awesome to us! Everyone was willing to help. Such a fun place for kids. Yes, a couple of things were not working right, but there was so much to do that we still kept busy. Yes, you can get the product elsewhere and you don't have to buy anything here, but there is so much and we ended up buying quite a bit. I've never been at the Pennsylvania and Arizona ones because they were closed and those were the ones we had to pass up on our trip. I love Plano (except please stop building so many tall buildings or you will look like where I am from and that is not so pleasant anymore!) Your state and town are just lovely and I would love to come back for a visit. I felt so safe and welcomed.
