I have been a regular customer of Know Thy Self for several years. Great for 'quirky' gifts and for regular supplies of incense, second hand books on esoteric subjects and other spiritual paraphernalia. However, today I had a tarot reading with Caroline and it was so amazingly accurate I felt I had to leave a review. I am at a crossroads in my life and this reading not only gave me the clarification I needed but was accurate about recent past events and gave me hope for my future. Highly recommend this lovely space, Caroline and her shop..!

Fantastic place of interest, well worth a visit & ensure you have a chat to the helpful people who run the museum as very knowledgble about Penryn.

The award winning Falmouth Art Gallery is family friendly and free. The gallery has a vibrant and ambitious exhibitions programme. It usually stages thematic shows featuring selected works from the gallery’s collection hung alongside loans from artists, museum collections and private lenders. This means that the three exhibition rooms are constantly changing and there is always something new and exciting to enjoy. The gallery cares for an outstanding collection of over 2000 artworks that includes 19th and 20th century master painting, British Impressionist paintings, the RCPS Tuke Collection, contemporary prints, photography, automata and a children’s illustration archive. All works can be viewed on the gallery's website. Most of the collection is housed in the art stores so if you wish to see a work that is not on display please ask at the desk for a store visit. This can normally be arranged on the day but please call ahead if you are making a special visit.
Visited the gallery using the free ticketed system implemented during the pandemic. This can be accessed on the gallery website homepage, although they are accepting walk ins ticketing helps them keep a track on numbers. We were welcomed in by the Director of Cultural Services who told us how they were complying with social distancing measures before introducing us to the two exhibitions which were curated entirely from the Gallery's own collection. They were activity packs for the kids which included a free rainbow pencil and rubber with activities to do at the gallery or at home.

Art World Gallery has an exciting mix of original Modern and Contemporary art. In addition to a fine collection of French and Italian artists and sculptors, there is complimentary mix of Cornish artists. The gallery, established in 2000 and members of LAPADA and CINOA, is situated in the centre of Falmouth, in Cornwall.
So friendly and welcoming people who own this gallery. High quality art. Well worth a visit if you are in Falmouth Cornwall and want to feast your eyes.

With over 15 galleries, a boatbuilding workshop, exciting new exhibitions every year, interactive exhibits and a collection that spans The National Small Boat collection, artworks, maps and charts, memorabilia and other objects there’s plenty to explore. Located in a breathtaking location overlooking aptly named Discovery Quay in the centre of Falmouth, The National Maritime Museum Cornwall is an award winning museum celebrating the sea.
This lovely museum on the harbour’s edge is well worth the entry fee, which will last for a year, and is therefore a bargain. The tower with its viewing platform is impressive, and the underwater level is amazing, the cafe has a grandstand view of all the comings and goings of a busy Harbour. Lots about boat building and nautical history, a very good Titanic exhibition and a beautiful one by James Dodds with his awe inspiring oils of small boats and stunning Lino cuts of fishing and other small craft in various coastal destinations. You could spend all day there, or keep going back each time you fancy it
