The bohemian allure and fairytale features of Prague make it a perfect destination for beach-weary vacationers who want to immerse themselves in culture. You could devote an entire day to exploring Prazsky hrad (Prague Castle), then refueling over a hearty dinner at a classic Czech tavern. Spend some time wandering the Old Town Square before heading over to gape at The Old Town Hall and Astronomical Clock. Prague’s best bars are found in cellars, where historic pubs set the scene for a night of traditional tippling.

Forget the breathtaking beautiful architecture of down town Prague and make your way to this fascinating tour of the old sewage works. A monument to engineering and public health. It does not smell! Instead we were taken round by an enthusiastic volunteer who spoke no English but gave us a hand out to use. The “gondola “ trip along the 87 m sewer at the end was a nice touch. Go! You’ll not be disappointed

Arthouse Hejtmanek gallery and auction house is located in a 17th-century house in Prague-Bubenec that we have thoughtfully restored, awakening it from its long slumber and infusing it with new life. The house and adjacent garden serve as a distinguished home for art, antiques and design.
