High up in a bent in the Gorges du Tarn you have a fantastic view into the gorge. You need a car to get there. The route is well signposted.

Le Pas de Soucy - Gorges du Tarn

Nice place in the gorges. In season you can climb a stair up to a big boulder, which should give a fantastic view. Anyway there is a small, rather hidden, path (some 25 meters east of the building) that will lead you down to the water, where you can also have a great view and hear the quiet sound of the water passing.

5. Le Roc De Peyre

Saint-sauveur De Peyre, 48130 Peyre en Aubrac France

Le Roc de Peyre is a large basalt rock that, from its 1180 meters of altitude dominates the Land of Peyre, which some also call "the Gévaudan of Gévaudan". This rock was topped by the castle of the barony of Peyre. An orientation table will allow you to discover a remarkable panorama.
