I was booked here for two nights, but the weather prevented me from arriving until my 2nd date. I called the evening of my expected arrival & spoke to Rob Gosizk. He couldn’t have been nicer or more accommodating. Rob checked me in & ensured I could pick up my key when I arrived the following morning. Everything flowed like clockwork. The check-in staff was gracious & I loved the welcome bag with snacks & water…very nice touch! My room was welcoming & comfortable after a 6-hour drive. My only issue is the shower drains slow (rm 337), but the water pressure was spot-on! My skin also appreciated the Dove bath products!!

Nice, clean good location

We stayed three weekends in a row due to business. Clean hotel, good staff, not a bad breakfast buffet, heavy on the pork products. Front desk was efficient and pleasant. Some weekends we got our room cleaned some weekends we didn't!

Good short stay

Reviewed By Reactor1966

Stayed here for two nights when visiting friends in Philadelphia. Rates are much better than downtown Philly, and note to Bonvoy members the number of points per night for a stay was cheap (17k points). Staff was very friendly and helpful. Room was clean and everything was in good order. Hotel looks fairly new. Pool is closed but we weren't looking to use it anyway. Plenty of restaurants and stores nearby, you could walk across the street to a Dunkin. About a 25 minute drive into downtown. I would stay here again.

Bad vibes! Dirty, stinky hotel!

Reviewed By Jillydraff

When I walked into this hotel, I immediately got a bad vibe. There were two people in line at the desk already and nobody looked happy. It was 7:22pm and about 97 degrees outside and the lobby seemed to have no air conditioning and smelled of stale and musty mismanagement. One of the guests apparently was given a key to a room that was already occupied and had come down for a new one. When I asked to check in, the woman at the desk looked confused and said she would need to check to see if my room was ready. Check-in is at 3pm. When we mentioned this, she rudely told us that they are "under construction and the hotel is fully booked!" I got my keys and made my way up the stinky, hot elevator to the third floor (also not air conditioned). Upon getting out of the elevator, we found an old air conditioner unit on the floor and an empty old ice machine. My daughter teared up and told me she did not want to stay. Room numbers were written on small pieces of paper taped onto the doors. Upon entering the room, we were met with the stench of a bad Chinese restaurant. The room was also dirty and looked as if it were not finished and ready to be stayed in - one wall looked freshly painted dark blue, furniture was old and scuffed, a plastic bag was shoved in the bathroom vent, there was a crust of some sort on the bed linens, and some hairs were found under the sheets. Ugh! Did I mention the smell?!?! There were no pictures on the wall and our soap looked like it was left over from the last stay. My daughter went down to the pool with her friends (we were staying for a dance competition) and saw 4 roaches. Unfortunately, we stayed the night due to lack of options nearby (and lack of transportation since we came with another family). We made it through the night. The clientele at the hotel seemed pretty sketchy. I felt that something illegal was going down much of the time we were there. Luckily we were gone all day. A friend of my daughter said there was a hand print and a butt print on the window of their room. Very disturbing. I was locked out of my room at one point due to malfunction of the key card and needed to go down the rickety elevator, not once, not twice, but three times before it was fixed. The free breakfast came in the form of a bag with a microwaveable breakfast sandwich, water, and a bag of chips. Thanks but no thanks! If I had my car, I would have left the minute I stepped onto the property. I will never ever stay here again!
