The staff was incredibly attentive to us and made us feel so welcome and like family. It was my birthday and they actually made me a nice cake to celebrate! We got the onion soup and it was the best we ever had. The lamb chef Igor prepared was the best lamb we have had EVER had! This was such a great birthday dinner experience and we recommend it to all!!!!

The drivers were all so nice! We were on vacation with neices and nephew, 5 great neices and nephew and our sister and brother in law. We had a wide range of ages in our group and Grand Palladium was perfect for each of us. If you want to relax, have fun and enjoy yourself - go to this resort!!!

I checked the reviews before and was a bit nervous but I can honestly say I found any negativity in previous reviews to be incorrect. The staff are amazing, rooms/grounds are cleaned and kept immaculate, linens and towels changed every single day, atmosphere is perfection, and no lack of hot water. It is a quiet piece of heaven nestled in an extremely busy area. Perfect location for people who like to travel and explore. Cannot recommend this place enough!
