This B&B is a striking Art Nouveau building with courtyard garden in the centre of San Benedetto Po, just 50 metres from the Monastery designed by Giulio Romano. The rooms are all decorated with art masterpieces and every room is unique. Each comes with an LCD TV, and a private bathroom, complete with shower, hairdryer, and slippers. Wi-Fi, air conditioning and bicycles are available for Free. An Italian breakfast is served daily. During summer it is served out in the garden, on request. For art lovers a guided tour to the art gallery is available. For business trip a Conference Room up to 50 guests is available on request. Mantua town is 20 km from our guesthouse. The bus to/from Mantua stops 150 meters away. If you want to spend some time in a delightfully welcoming and intimate setting in a land of art and history... Best sleep while touring Mantua This is the best quality that is as essential as being Italian. The owners could not be more helpful, especially offering tempting noshes throughout our visitation.

Set in the vocative countryside of the natural park of the Secchia River, a short distance from Mantua, Bertoia Court, Bed & Breakfast is an ancient dairy-farm which has been restored with the use of natural materials and at the same time respecting the environment. Rooms are on an independent level and breakfast is served in the large entrance room with a view onto the countryside. All roomas and suites are equipped with air conditioning, set for tea or coffee, fridge, free WI FI and guests have access to free bicycles

Reviewed By schafferdeWe were directed to this lovely agritourismo by some friends we were visiting for a weekend. It is probably one of the most perfect out-of-the-way places I have ever been. We were there in late April, and the poppies had not started blooming, yet, but I would wager it would be amazing in late May. As it was, it was an oasis of peace and quiet. It is about 30 minutes from Mantova with its museums and walking paths, and only minutes from the small town of San Benedetto Po. There are bike trails on the levees of the River Secchia nearby, as well as along the Po River, and they have bicycles available for free. The owners are lovely, and will attend to your every need. Our room was in what was a stable or dairy at one time, and was large and immaculate. Breakfast in the main building was wonderful, and I cannot say enough about the butter from the local dairy with homemade bread and jam. The homemade pastries looked wonderful, but I was enjoying the eggs and bread too much to try them. If you have a car, and would like to stay someplace in the country, I most highly recommend Corte Bertoia

Bed and Breakfast Polirone Is located in Via Enrico Ferri, main street of San Benedetto Po, this street is dedicated to Ferri who was born in 1856. He was a famous criminal lawyer, politician, writer and journalist. Our home is recently restructured, and has an hospitable area with two bedrooms with private bathrooms each and a suite on the second floor which has a living room, bedroom and private bathroom with shower. Breakfast is prepared and served in a dedicated room that revokes a warm and cozy onetime lifestyle. Our Bed and Breakfast Polirone is positioned in one of the Most beautiful villages in Italy "Borghi piu Belli d'Italia" and the Monastery of San Benedetto Po goes back to a year 1007 when count Tedaldo of Canossa, Matilde's grandfather, gave the order to construct a church on this isle with the name of Santa Maria The church is visible inside the Basilica of Polirone.

I must stress that Marco and Polina have maintained their excellent quality in all sections, be it, cleanliness, comfort, hospitality, breakfast and especially their charm. Both are extremely helpful and go out of their way , to make you stay as comfortable and pleasant as possible. Their knowledge of the area and restaurants helped us solve our nightly choice of restaurants. Marco is especially expert to direct you to the most attractive places worth visiting in the region. I would surely return for a third time when visiting the area.

il tempo dei sogni bed and breakfast ,relax and uniwind in this amazing coutruy house recently renovated.the house is beautifully furnished with three comfortable bedrooms that can host a total of six person in each rooms you can find new windows,exposed beam and a lagra bathroom with towels.breakfast is taken in a klarge refectory where you can taste:mantuan typical.salumi and col pork meat etc....for art lovers,it is possible to visit the san benedetto po basilica and the monastery.

Reviewed By Warner LThis B&B is situated just north of the city on a country road within 1KM of the River Po. It is situated near farms producing the famous Parmigiano-Reggiano cheese; one right next door. You will be serenaded throughout the night by contented cows. Also you are a short drive to the very historic town of San Benedetto Po, take the time to tour the complete religious buildings; it will help if you do speak some Italian. A very fascinating history; a run in with Napoleon and they survived. The family that owns it are very friendly and will do all to accommodate your requests. Also opposite direction from the town is a short drive to Mantova.
