Many things to be improved
Reviewed By 870suzanavThe place has its magic, but the hotel should be rate as 3*, because of the old furniture and the not really well organized staff. It is unbelieavable that we should pay almost 6lv per bottle of watter with HB included. On our second day there, we decided to try the club sandwiches from the lobby bar and we received the thing below and this cost me around 13 lv( nice for burned food). Its beautiful place to stay, but they must change the things above and most importantly-the staff should be trained better how to assist the guests.

Reviewed By AdamWilsonOur room was clean and comfortable. The staff was helpful including one waiter who spoke excellent English. The others seemed to understand and were very kind. The breakfasts were delicious and we had pleasant evening meals in the cozy restaurant downstairs by the fire. The Internet went out twice while we were there and wasn't restored until the next morning.

Cheap bed for unplanned stay overnight
Reviewed By TorbalanIt’s not a Palace, definitely. It’s an ancient building with an unsecured parking lot right on the central square of the town. The staff was friendly but it wasn’t enough because the hotel’s restaurant didn’t work, the lobby bar didn’t offer any food either and there aren’t any supermarkets nearby. Be prepared! The room and the bath both screamed for renovation. Surprisingly the mattress was comfortable. Anyway, a good value for money.
