The hotel has an exquisite architectural masterpiece and the rooms were designed with guests' satisfaction at heart. Reviewed By David SI stayed in this lovely, yet affordable hotel in Ikeja after flying in for a business meetings around Ikeja axis. The ambience was superb. It was really close to the airport. Hotel Capitol is just 15mins away from Muritala Mohammed International Airport. The hotel gives quality service at highly affordable cost. Rooms comes with free breakfast, free WiFi. Food was really nice and staff behaved themselves professionally. I will surely visit again.

Hotel physically looks good. Would’ve been perfect if the service rendered matched the price.
Reviewed By Sam OI stayed here for a night sometime last year, and it’s a bit of mixed feelings, but mostly not good. Upon entrance, the hotel looked the part. The aesthetics were right for the price. However, subsequent events started to prove otherwise. First shocking revelation was, the plumbing in the rooms didn’t work. In other words, there was no running water.. however, the receptionist who checked me in made it clear that I can always call them anytime and they’d provide me with buckets of water when I needed them. That sounded like a good solution. Only that, when I needed water and wanted to call; I got the second rude shock. The intercom didn’t work (and I later realized that this is something the staff knew about)! My room was on the top floor and I was definitely not ready to embark on that exercise, so I gave up on using water. I checked out of the hotel the very next day. It’s rather a shame because, the hotel looked good and the staff got a proper attitude.... but nothing worked. I’d say... for the location of this hotel and the quality of service rendered, this hotel is grossly overpriced! Maybe they’ve fixed these things, but I’d strongly advise anyone to select a different hotel. This one is a frustrating one.

Nice Hotel with full Body Massage Mattresses
Reviewed By simsid2014Terris Hotel & Suites is located at Aguda County behind county hospital before getting to Ogba, Lagos. The hotel is nice and most of the rooms are equips with body massages mattresses. The hotel also house a mini gym with instructor. The rooms rates are moderate but they have to improve more on the services render. Will rate hotel 4.5/10
