Wonderful accomodation and friendly hosts
Reviewed By ianx17489What a truly wonderful place to stay in the centre of Montmorillion. The hosts Marie and Roger were delightful and greeted us like long lost friends. We were a group of seven on a cycling tour and having secure storage and a power point for an electric bike was perfect. The rooms were a good size, spotlessly clean and the beds were very comfortable. I was very fortunate to have the garden room, which has a little lounge area which was tastefully decorated, as was the whole accomodation. Breakfast, served in a delightful room just off the garden, was the best we had on our tour.... lovely spread with more than even a hungry cyclist could consume..... In summary, I would not hesitate to recommend to family and friends alike.

In a peaceful hamlet 2 kms from the Book Town of Montmorillon renowned for its artistic and historical interest, A warm welcome awaits you at this delightful old, restored house. On ground floor: 3 elegantly decorated bedrooms all ensuite, with queen-size beds, TV, internet access and tea/coffee making facilities. Wooden terrace, large garden and covered parking. Within easy reach of St Savin Abbey, medieval town of Chauvigny.

Reviewed By Katieclem46Our room was spacious, spotless and beautifully appointed. Nathalie is a clever decorator and the decor is fresh and modern. The large bathroom had both a bath and a walk-in shower which is unusual but very welcome. We slept well in a very comfortable bed and it is one of the quietest places I have ever stayed. Outside there are extensive gardens and I spent some time watching the birds using the birdbath. Breakfast was very good, with a coupe of fresh fruit, yoghurt and yummy bread and homemade jams. Nathalie and Daniel are great hosts and we felt like old friends by the time we left. A lovely place to stay.

Large shower room. Sitting room and kitchenette/diner. Privacy assured. Outside terrace. Easy private off-road parking. Recommended.

Chambre très agréable, soignée, joliment décorée, literie très confortable. Salle de bains soignée et très propre. Petit déjeuner plantureux, frais, varié et appétissant ! Très bon rapport qualité/prix A recommander sans réserve !
