Reviewed By Mhelter PHotel is oldie but goodie. Reception is very helpful and nice. Breakfast now is better, buffet style with an option between Japanese and western food. It used to be set menu between the 2. Rooms are small, maybe normal for Japanese standard. I cannot find English channels on TV. Wifi speed, not bad. Location is the best, a stone throw away from train station, restaurants and bars. It is indeed the best option in the area.

Beautiful and Relaxing Retreat
Reviewed By Miyuki TYou can be in a totally different world away from noise and crowd of Tokyo in mere hour on Odakyu Line from Shinjyuku. This is a beautiful Japanese inn that offers calming environment and great service. Once inside, you notice the relaxing scent of incense. Each room is unique with outside private onsen (bath) and garden. You can take a dip any time throughout your stay. All the drinks in the room refrigerator are free. Food is traditional Japanese style and amazing. Each dish is created with care and beautifully presented. Perfect for wedding anniversary. I went here in July. Even in the hot humid summer of Japan, it is still wonderful to dip in onsen. You can enjoy a cold beer in the comfortable air-conditioned room after you take a dip!

Hadano Manyo Club - nice spa
Reviewed By forensicsgirlAfter climbing Mt. Oyama, we visited the spa at Hadano Manyo Club. The hotel is a 15 minute walk from Hadano train station. Also, there is a free shuttle from the train station's bus terminal. The staff didn't speak English but were very helpful. Entrance fee was just under ¥2000. Guests pay prior to leaving. After receiving a barcode bracelet, guests can enter the facility. Shoes are removed and placed into a shoe bag. The lockers are quite roomy. There were two hangers in my locker. The barcode bracelet is also your locker key. The front desk staff were very courteous and gave us lockers near each other. The women's spa has several amenities: razors, toothbrushes, hair brushes, cotton swabs, hair mousee, and facial tissue. Also, towels, washcloth and yukata are available. The shower area has DHC shampoo, body wash and conditioner. Face wash is available. The bottles have English on them. The spa has a cold water tub and an indoor hot bath. There are several outdoor baths to include a jacuzzi bath. The lounge area is on the third floor. Blankets are provided. The recliners are amazing. Very relaxing atmosphere. Massage services are available. There is a small gift shop on the first floor. Cashiers are in the gift shop. Nice spa. Definitely a welcome treat after climbing one of the many mountains in the area.
