Nice boutique hotel with great care
Reviewed By wisnu315Honestly we do not choose to stay in this hotel. Instead, by our tour operator as part of package to climb mount Ararat. Stay for 3 nights, 1 night before and two night after climbing Ararat. No regrets at all, in fact very happy. The room is spacious with one double bed and one single bed complete with comfortable bedding. Beautiful view to mt Ararat, particularly from their restaurant at third floor. The staff and the owner Salih was very attentive. My fingers suffered from level 2 frostbite after climbing Ararat. I don't know in detail as I don't speak Turkish but a lovely doctor help me to remove the water from swollen finger then another staff further cure with tradional herb - amazingly work well. They also listen to client request. I get nice Turkish coffee to my order. The in-house laundry service located behind the reception is very helpful. Highly recommended.

Tehran Boutique Hotel is located in Dogubeyazit. Hotel is newly built in 2014 and started operation in 2015 on Buyuk Agri Street which provides easy transportation to the city centre. Besides the gorgeous views of Mount Ararat, hotel offers high quality amenities for the comfort of the guests. It is within walking distance to local shopping centers. Ishak Pasha Palace is 15 minutes and nearest airport is 30 minutes away by car. With its wide variety of facilities, an onsite first class restaurant and an elegant garden, Tehran Boutique Hotel guarantees a comfortable stay. All 24 of the rooms are designed and furnished with high standards.
Good choice for well located hotel
Reviewed By sunshine2495This is a very nice hotel conveniently located near to the main street. The staff were very helpful and can give you a good map showing all the bus stops etc. The room was very comfortable and well appointed and there was a great selection at breakfast including cereals. The breakfast room also has a great view of mount ararat, not to be missed. The hotel is also very conveniently located for the bus to Van. There is a great value kebab restaurant and a baklava shop just down the street too which were also great. Overall can highly recommend.

Well located hotel, spacious rooms, a tad dusty and cold
Reviewed By alex_dddThe hotel is located quite close to the pedestrian street, the marketplace and other places of interest in town. Rooms are spacious (mine had two sections: a kitchenette-cum-livingroom and the sleeping quarters). The manager is kind. Rooms are a bit dusty and they were cold during my stay (end November). Breakfast is not included. Overall, a good place to stay, but just marginally more money there are better options in town (such as the Tehran).

Bir puan kırmamın nedeni de en üst katta olan bu odanın sanırım çatısındaki kuş seslerinden olsa gerek belli aralıklarla uykumun bölünmesindendi. Otelin bununla ilgili yapabileceği birşey var mı, açıkçası bilmiyorum ama bende çatı katında yaşayan bir insan olarak her ne kadar bu kuş ayak seslerine ne kadar alışık olsam da buradaki sesler sanki kuşlar içerdeymişçesine geliyordu. Bu problem dışında oda gayet temiz ve konforluydu. Havlular temiz ve eksiksiz, sıcak su oldukça iyiydi. Odaların birbiri ile yalıtımı iyiydi. Doluluk oranını bilmiyorum ama koridordaki seslere odanın içinde biri varmışçasına aniden fırlamadım. Resepsiyon rezervasyonumu 6 ay öncesinden bir rezervasyon sitesinden yapmam nedeniyle göremedi ancak hiçbir problem çıkarmadan ve zaman geçirmeden giriş işlemlerimi yaptı. Çoğu otelin bu tür durumlarda zorluk çıkardığına ya da ekstra birşeyler koparmaya çalıştığına defalarca şahit oldum. Toparlamak gerekirse Doğubeyazıta tekrar yolum düşerse ya da birileri tavsiye ederse kesinlikle önerebileceğim bir otel.
