We're impressed with the Hotel from the polite doorman, helpful check in front staff, and the cleanliness of the room (very nice touch of a silk robe in the closet!). The staff was very accommodating to our requests. We particular chose the hotel because of its location. It's right on the edge of the Old Quarter, but still closed to the main areas. We could walk to many attractions, and take a stroll around the area for streets food. Overall, highly recommended for your stay in Hanoi. It's the best value for the price offered here.

Reviewed By eddie_is_limthe staffs were very unfriendly, place looks in a bad shape. Hotel popular for hookers and prostitutes. If one does not know, like myself; our image will be tarnished. Very poor response for services and only interested in charging customers for any items used. Upon check-out, it will take your understanding and patience to the test. Avoid A25....
