The 5 Best Health/Fitness Clubs & Gyms in Covent Garden, England

June 4, 2021 Rebbecca Marino

The crown jewels, Buckingham Palace, Camden Market…in London, history collides with art, fashion, food, and good British ale. A perfect day is different for everyone: culture aficionados shouldn't miss the Tate Modern and the Royal Opera House. If you love fashion, Oxford Street has shopping galore. For foodies, cream tea at Harrod’s or crispy fish from a proper chippy offers classic London flavor. Music and book buffs will love seeing Abbey Road and the Sherlock Holmes Museum (at 221B Baker Street, of course).

I have been seeing Ivan to treat my neck and back problems that lead to painful headaches and migraines for roughly 2 years now. For the past 10 years, I've seen countless physiotherapists and specialised doctors about this - nothing lead to an improvement until I started seeing Ivan. I see him roughly once a month and my overall situation has greatly improved. Now we only work on smaller issues that arise from office work, when I initially started seeing him my body was in a whole different state. I warmly recommend him to anyone who wants to be taken seriously and who appreciated a tailored treatment.

I have been a member of GYMBOX in Stratford Westfield for nearly two years and have had some of the best training of my life, hitting my 40s I’m now competing in fitness bodybuilding competitions. Shout out to Dino Portelli for getting me into tip top condition. I have gone back to GB over the weekend not sure what to expect with “the new norm “ and how things will work. Huge respect to Viktoria and Dom for making a lot of changes, it’s actually better than before. With more control on numbers of people being allowed in i have trained with plenty of space and there is lots and lots of sanitation for equipment The cleaners are constantly on the floor being very proactive.i had planned on cancelling my membership, Vik and Dom asked me to pop in and have a chat I’m so glad I did. They quickly allayed any fears and concerns I had. My wife is back to training there and really enjoying it. Thanks to all of the team for making this a seemless transition. See you soon If anyone is reading this and has concerns my honest advice is to go and see for yourself it won’t be a wasted journey, this will help hugely for health, fitness and wellbeing X ????
