Whether you're a total beginner, an improving golfer, or an expert looking for a test, there's a golf course for you at Stonelees Golf Centre, located in Ramsgate on the beautiful Kent coast. Some golf courses boast that they are seriously challenging. That's fine for the expert but no fun for the beginner. Some courses are short with no serious difficulty. That's fine for the beginner but boring for the better golfer. Stonelees is the golf centre that solves this problem by offering a golf course for the beginner, a golf course for the "average" or improving player, and a golf course for the low-handicapper.Stonelees is one of the few golf centres anywhere that offers three distinct golf courses, with each one becoming more difficult. We have a Par 3 course, an Executive course, and the full-length Heights Course which means that you can enjoy a game at Stonelees, whatever your standard.
A lovely club, suitable for both pay and pay and members. Courses for different levels/taste, and a good range. They even have a golf simulator. Food great too. Like it so much I decided to have my wedding reception there!

Michael and his team were extremely accommodating when I asked to bring Sport & Leisure Broadstairs College students along to the driving range. For a fair price we had access to private bays, golf clubs and endless golf balls. The students thoroughly enjoyed it. We look forward to working with Manston Golf Centre again soon.

I finally found a golf course that is open but also in excellent condition! Been playing all winter and I’ve got to say that the weather has hit the courses hard. Except Westgate it would appear as all greens were open with no temporary greens and only two temporary tees but only for the yellow tees. This is a short and relatively easy course although enough in it to please most tastes. No par5’s and no water but on the plus side it’s not flooded this winter. The course is splint into three parts which I dissected by a railway and a road but it doesn’t mean more walking as they are all close together. Has a good club house and a little cafe half way round as well as good parking although most of it is on public road. I’m not a member of this club but I’ve been here often as my course (no names no pack drill) is either flooded or most of the greens are temporary and they are not good. Only down side was the sand on the greens making them super fast and one bunker was flooded. Go after 1300hrs and you will get a cheap and enjoyable game of golf. Thoroughly recommended

Our first visit to North foreland and we were not disappointed ! The restaurant was very busy and had a lovely atmosphere our table was overlooking the golf course with beautiful views of the sea. We were given a warm welcome and our table looked beautiful real attention to detail ! Homemade butters served with warm rolls on arrival were gorgeous I had a wonderfuly crisp prawn cocktail and my friends had salt chilli chicken and the goats cheese with beetroot, all were perfectly executed. Next we had the carvery served by the wonderful friendly chefs , I choose the pork loin Wellington and helped myself to the vast selection of vegetables and potatoes and delicious homemade gravey oh and not forgetting the Yorkshire puddings which were glorious ! All the food was piping hot and each element was perfect . Dessert for me was homemade vanilla ice cream with toasted almonds and wow was a delight everyone at the table agreeded it's the best I've cream we had ever had , perhaps the golf course she start selling this because I know I would definitely buy it by the truckload . Great service , Oliver our waiter was very professional and nothing was too much trouble I will absolutely recommend friends and family to visit and I will definitely be returning .
