We have been waiting to go out for 3.5 months due to covid lockdown, and to be honest the wait was worth it, from the moment we entered The willow tree to leaving our minds where put to rest about going out, professional, safely laid out, very attentive staff, all covid standards perfecly adhered to. We had the beef, what can I say melt in your mouth, delicious gravy perfectly cooked veggies and a yorkie to die for. Dessert was a wispa cheasecake with hot chocolate sauce. Thank you to Yvonne and team it was an absolute pleasure, oh and the Guinness was so good I wish they did B+B!! Highly reccomend the Willow tree.

I was staying for 2 nights on a Relax and unwind package with my wife. She availed of the Spa treatments included with the deal and I booked a round of golf. I joined a couple who had already booked, and we entered a seniors competition on the day. This cost €30 with my GUI membership. A lot of players used golf buggies so we may have slowed their play down a bit as we didn't have a buggy ourselves. The course was well designed, in great condition and very enjoyable
