Tour the complex, which includes a mineral bath, waterfalls and gardens.
An historic garden with warm, natural springs bathing pools (us$6). It costs us$7 entrance fee but you only show your ticket at the entrance to the waterfalls. There are plenty of boards explaining the plants/flowers and history of the gardens, a good walk around the cool gardens is a must but it doesn’t take long, approx an hour.

The Diamond Waterfalls are the jewel at the heart of these lush gardens.
We came to the botanical gardens and really enjoyed it - there is a diverse collection of plants attracting a lovely collection of birds. We managed to stay within 30cm of a hummingbird for a good 10min. The Diamond Falls are truly beautiful, a must see! We had a fantastic welcome - be warned that they do not have credit card facility there, hence need enough cash ; as we didn’t they kindly offered us a local ticket for the day, which was really welcomed! Thank you again and we hope to return soon!

This 22-acre garden estate includes the ruins of an 18th-century house and three distinct gardens.
If you are expecting a beautiful manicured garden with plant information displayed, then this garden is not for you. If however you want to visit a historic site, that is slightly over grown with beautiful views and is thoroughly charming, that you will fall in love with them you must visit. If the carpark kiosk is unmanned then follow the concret drive up into the gardens, you will come across the toilets and cafe, pay your entrance there and get your guide book. There is a circular path to follow up the hill to the ruins of the old planation house, views from the top are stunning. This part of the garden is slightly overgrown, the forest has started to reclaim the hill, but this adds to the charm. For a romantic spot find the hidden garden and rest for 10 minutes. The gardens near the cafe are beautiful too, find the orchid beds and look for the old slave quaters, wander and enjoy, smell the flowers and get slightly lost, walk on the grass and enjoy. Once back at the cafe you can enjoy some refreshments on the veranda or view the collection of interesting artefacts discovered on the site.
