We really liked the our stay there. Very friendly owner and crew plus awesome lakes and sourrounding. You can have some relaxed hours at the lake while fishing (I caught 2 fish in 2 hours). They have different fish in the lakes, and with some luck you can catch a real fighter. They offer simple rods, not the newest rods out there, but they do their job. If you want they also offer Minigolf and food for the whole family. Food was very tasty and super fair prices. 10/10.

Lanta Gym Muay Thai is located 300m from Phrae beach and is proud to offer tuition from former Muay Thai belt holders from some of the most celebrated stadiums throughout Thailand. The gym comprises of a 25 sq m Muay Thai ring, a 56 sq m soft foam training floor, outside training area, heavy conditioning kick bags, weights, equipment shop and English speaking staff. The owner, William, is the former K1 and world champion from Sasiprapa gym in Bangkok and therefore governed by the board of boxing sport here in Thailand.We offer a number of training packages designed for beginners, children and the more mature student all the way through to advanced practitioners who wish to improve on technique, conditioning and fight preparation. We also offer bespoke training programs on request.Located at the Muay Thai gym we have 11 fully tiled en suite air conditioned bungalows. These are available usually to students who wish to stay with us as part of a training package or available to clients who wish to relax away from the main tourist strip.The fitness centre about 3km north of the Muay Thai gym toward Saladan is located on the grounds of our Thai boxing stadium. The centre is an air conditioned modern building, fitted with state of the art equipment each designed to manipulate a particular muscle group. There is optional personal training available and an area to the rear where your able to learn or practice yoga and Boxercise or can be used as a run around area for children.The Muay Thai stadium holds regular fight nights every Sunday in high season and is very popular among the tourists and locals alike. There are regular competitions between Thai nationals and international contenders. The fights tend to start at around 9:30 pm although the stadium is open from 8pm. We also have a fully staffed bar and a comprehensive drinks selection with regular promotions. The Condominium is expected to be completed in October 2013 and consists of 20 five star apartments. There will be a roof top bar overlooking the Andaman sea, A Restaurant, A Sports bar and a 25 M Swimming pool. This is a fantastic investment should you wish to purchase any of the apartments.
