The historic home that is the library has an interesting & fascinating collection of Egyptian artifacts & other relics of history. There is a mummy & also a mummified cat, that include descriptions of the items. There are many other historical artifacts with details & descriptions of each piece. A must see!

Beautiful waterfalls. You can see it from the road some 500 feet from the park entrance. There's a path from the parking lot with a steep descent which leads to a small bridge at the bottom of the ravine where you can get to the other side of the stream with a steep climb up. I guess the view from the bridge is terrific but the steps were so slippery that we decided not to take the risk. You can get to the other side using the road bridge over the top of the waterfalls.

Critz Farms is a diversified agritourism farm featuring a farm brewery & farm cidery tasting room, u-pick, animals and festival events. We are currently open for outdoor seating on our patio and lawn!
We loved to take our kids here every fall. They have wooden playground area and tube slides, hay bales to climb around... animals like bunny, goat chickens, pigs, llama, horses... we did the corn maze, picked our own pumpkins, enjoyed some cider and adult beverages, apple fritters and snacks. Great way to spend a fall afternoon with the kids.

I just heard about this attraction and decided to visit. I wish that there had been more information out there - I would have planned more time! I loved everything about it - outdoors, fresh air, something great to stop and admire everywhere I turned. I was pleasantly surprised and will be writing about it for my readers, that's for sure. I think it's a hidden gem. I'd asked my waitress if she recommended it and she said that she's lived in the area all her life and had never been. I adore local places like this gem.
