Le Bar Park Hyatt Paris-Vendome

The bar at Park Hyatt Bar Paris-Vendome is a place that is not suspected from the street, a well kept secret where connoisseurs and regulars find themselves regularly as in a den. We want our guests to feel good at the bar, wishing to come back knowing that they will be surprised at each visit. The bartenders of the team are great professionals and true mixology artists who stay warm and relaxed while adapting to the most extravagant desires and moods of customers.

Harry's New York Bar

This old bar was a favorite hangout of F. Scott Fitzgerald and Ernest Hemingway in the 1920s.

This was an adorable bar and is well worth stopping in for a visit. Not only do they make amazing cocktails, it was neat to drink here for historic reasons. It is the oldest cocktail bar in Paris and known to be the spot where several classic drinks such as The Bloody Mary and Sidecar were invented. Hemingway and Chanel drank here and Gershwin composed "American In Paris" in the piano corner downstairs. Though the drinks are on the pricey side, they are worth it. As the evening progressed the lights were dimmed and a piano player came in to entertain for the evening. It was romantic and lovely and we ended up having a second round. Over all this was a fabulous place to enjoy history and meticulously made delicious cocktails.
