We visited Cambodia & vietnam for 14 days.. It was really well organised.. From the start till end everything was very well organised. Since it was a budget trip the hotels which were booked was way better than we expected. Any queries jasmine always was there to solve it within few minutes. I would definitely recommend people to go with this agency. They are really good. Due to some mis communication there was some confusion in ho Chi Minh City and within no time we got back our refund.

A fantastic day - we were picked up from our place of choice in the city and driven to beautiful sights in Hue. Whilst on the journey, our driver (Mr Dzung) was really informative about the city and its history. He was great for the entire day! He waited whilst we took our time exploring each place, giving us facts about the places we saw. He also accommodated us and took us to a specific street food place we wanted and a cake shop when we wanted sweets.

After being collected from meeting point at 7:00 AM, embark to spend a day exploring Vietnam's former imperial capital, Hue, with its fascinating historical sights. Your tour will begin with stops to admire the area's natural beauty at Hai Van Pass, where you can view in particular the Ocean Cloud Pass and Lang Co beach, the most beautiful beach in Vietnam. Upon arrival in Hue, you will start your visit at the Citadel, Hue’s prime attraction. Here you will find the Imperial City, the Forbidden Purple City, and the Emperor's Private Residence. After that, the tour continues to Thien Mu Pagoda. Considered by many as the unofficial symbol of Hue, Thien Mu is an active Buddhist monastery with origins dating back to 1601. One of its most poignant displays is a car belonging to a former monk, who in 1963, drove to Saigon and set himself alight to protest against the South Vietnamese regime and its cruel treatment of Buddhist monks and followers.
Inclusions: Transfer and transportation as per itinerary, Lunch, Entrance fees, Bottled drinking water, English-speaking tour guide (other languages available upon request)
Exclusions: Tips and gratuities
The tour was very well organized, the driver was helpful, the tombs were very interesting, there are some temples inside the complex, a lot of green areas, the pagoda was very beautiful. We went early so we found those places quite empty. The gardens in the royal bulidings are very well kept. Buy combo ticket at the first tomb.

Pro’s: - prompt pick up our hotel. - clean and safe vehicle, and well driven. Con’s: - Tour guide clearly had no idea of the strict rules in place at some of the venues e.g. that we could take photos outside of Ho Chi Minh’s mausoleum. Told off by soldiers/guards multiple times. This shows a lack of understanding the rules and etiquette for someone who should be experienced. - Excuses were made when challenged. - Kept wandering off to get cash out. - Grasp of English limited and difficult to understand. Hard to engage and answer questions. - Trip seemed to finish very early (3hours), not really a half day tour.
