Learn about the region, how, why, and what Wines are produced in what is regarded as the “Premium Wine Region in New Zealand”. Visit a 3rd boutique Winery set in sheep growing country. Walk around the Vineyards learning the Winemaking process from the Vine to the Bottle, sampling directly from a barrel or tank. This is New Zealand’s only Vegetarian (Vegan) certified Winery. This is a “must do” experience. You will also visit the oldest Winery in New Zealand. Here you will learn about their history dating back to the 1830’s in Lyon, France. A leisurely and varied exploration of Napier and the surrounding area, this tour gives you a taste of the Hawkes Bay lifestyle including fabulous scenery, amazing architecture in Napier's Art Deco City, world class wines and truly delicious chocolate and NZ's unique Manuka honey along the way. Come with us - we will do our best to give you a Grand Day Out to remember! The itinerary may occasionally need to include an alternative winery for operational reasons.

Our entry level bespoke tour, your chauffeur will show you the beauty of Napier's Art Deco buildings and then you have the option of visiting a local winery, sampling some local chocolate or take the chance to see the Hooters Showroom, a must-see for all vintage car lovers. You can let us know your preference in advance otherwise your chauffeur will discuss the options to see what you fancy on the day. Please note that this tour does not include wine tasting fees which will need to be paid directly to the winery on the day. On busy cruise ship days as many as half of the Hooters vintage vehicles will be out on tour so there will be a few empty spaces in the showroom, but still plenty of automobilia to see and stories to hear.
