I have just got back from a family vacation staying 19th - 26th July. Well, what an amazing week this was!! When we first arrived, we got to the hotel around 11:30am and were greeted with smiling hotel reception staff. They checked us in quickly and said they would try and get our rooms ready for just after lunch - we had packed a change of clothes for the pool expecting this and grabbed a few sunbeds and had a drink and swim while we waited. We then went back to the reception around 1pm and were told our rooms were ready - a bellhop took our bags for us and showed us to our rooms. They have very kindly upgraded one of our rooms to a pool view and as lovely as this was this room came with no balcony. (please note there are only 8 rooms in total on property that do not have a balcony). I went to speak to reception and explained that I really did appreciate the upgrade however we would prefer a balcony on our room, we were soon moved in the same block and floor as the rest of out party to a room with the view of the atlas mountains - These rooms are also very quiet - We were very happy. ROOMS: Rooms are huge and spacious, we had a twin room but this didn't bother myself or my partner. We had a fridge on ours with a built in (mini) freezer to keep water and other little bits in. A seating area of 2 chairs and a table and then a 'desk' infront of another mirror. A safe is included in the room aslo. Bathrooms are huge with a toilet, bidet, sink and a waterfall shower (some rooms do not have this shower fitting). all in all very happy. Beds are hard but comfy and an extra blanket can be found in the wardrobe. POOLS: it is stated that this hotel has 16 pools - this is including the pools you can find in the Aqua Parc. There is 4 within the hotel grounds. One is used for the water aerobics twice a day and there is one for just water vollyball. We never struggled to find a sunbed even though we went down most days around 8:30 - 9am. Pools are not heated but it is welcome in the very hottest part of the day. AQUA PARC: This is so easily accessible from the hotel, you enter by the restaurants and walk down a few steps and are in the aqua parc. There are so many slides but the floors can get hot so wear your flip flops (you can hold these on the rides) we would go in most days to do a few rides either before or after lunch, it was so nice to use it as you wish - please note this and the pools in the hotel operate between 9am - 6pm and this rule is strict. FOOD: we had 2 restaurants open while we were there, one is closed for refurbishment. We always found something to eat and yes although repetitive if you are not greedy and try to eat something different each day then you will not get bored. We certainly didn't and always found something new to try out. STAFF: The people in this hotel cannot do enough for you, they are always there to help. I've seen a few complain that the staff were rude. We witnessed a few guests being extremely rude to members of the staff, if you are rude to them please do not expect them to bend over backwards to help you. If you smile, say please and thank you and do not get angry when things take a little longer then it will get you a long way. The staff work long hours and were always lovely to our group and we were always served with a smile. MARRAKESH: We did the day trip into marrakesh, you need to book onto the free shuttle bus at least the night before in order to grantee there is enough space on the day you are wanting to go in. There are 2 trips that can be done, 10am - 2pm or 3pm - 7pm. We did the morning one and thoroughly enjoyed strolling around the central markets. 4 hours seems like ages but it fly's by. Please note if you cover up more in the way you dress (long skirts, shoulders covered) you do not attract as much attention, although if you just smile and thank any compliments thrown your way you'll find you enjoy yourself a lot more. Its definitely worth a trip. OVERALL: We had the most amazing week and would go back to morocco and this hotel in a heartbeat, I'm gutted to be home. Thank you Aqua Fun Club for such an amazing holiday!!

Visited Marrakech and stayed at Eden Aquapark at the end of Jan for 5 nights. Hotel has a great medium sized waterpark suitable for all ages so plenty of fun. All inclusive gets you decent breakfast, lunch and dinner. Plenty of drinks including non alcoholic mocktails (suitable for for people like me). 2 pools (1 medium size heated and 1 big normal) so plenty hours of fun) There is plenty of things to do such as ping pong, darts, yoga etc which the friendly staff will keep you entertained with and there is a big projected screen showing football games etc. Music playing constantly (not too loud to disturb you which is good).
