The trip had few stages, each of them was perfect. Sebastiano was a great guide, he picked us up from our hotel on time, he was full of passion showing us this great Etna and answering our questions. The weather was perfect. We were surprised how green the area of Etna is! She was talking to us, we heard few thunders. Very interesting tour, next time probably we will discover Etna by foot. It is very big area, full of trees.

Arrived here as a couple on a rainy day, The restaurant was very busy with a full bus load of people. We were offered a tasting, but no restaurant meal available, and instead received a plate of Antipasti with local produce. This was excellent, and included 2 cheeses, some local olives brined with wild fennel, salami, semi dried tomato, and grilled eggplant, along with bread and olive oil. Tasted a White, Rose, 4 Reds and a dessert wine. We were also placed in a private room, and had excellent guidance through the tasting, with a knowledgeable local. A very good afternoon. Wines were all excellent!!

Best guide ever, he took us to volcano that was good. But after that it went from good to amazing. We went to a whine-yard with the most welcoming family that served us the best whines and food we ever tasted. We bought 15 bottles and the only thing I regret is that we didn’t buy more. Thank you so much and one thing is for sure that we gonna come and visit again.

We loved our excursion, it was even better than expected. Our guide Pepe was very knowledgeable and kind. Before booking we were considering going up by ourselves and stop at 2900 meter but are SO GLAD we did this tour. I honestly feel it’s a completely different experience being able to go up to 3300 meters. We could hear the volcano growling and the lava spouting up but didn’t feel unsafe at any point - Pepe was great. I would say the hike was slightly more intens than expected with steep declines but as long as you’re reasonably fit it shouldn’t be an issue - it only made it more fun for us. Highly recommend!!!
