Very knowledgeable staff who answered all our questions. Great displays of the hiking trails-best I’ve ever seen for choosing the best hike based upon, difficulty, length of time, elevation etc. Very nice gift shop with very reasonable prices, and selection.

There is so much to see and so there is so much you could miss when visiting Sedona. Take a few minutes and visit the official Chamber Visitor Center on Forest Road in Uptown and talk to the knowledgeable volunteers and staff who will be pleased to help you.

It's been years since we've been to Camp Verde and my how it has grown. We stopped at the Visitors Center and talked to a wonderful volunteer about the area and she had some wonderful knowledge and information about the area.

We're The Ideal Base For Exploring The Treasures Of Arizona Some of the most spectacular sights of the desert await you just a short drive north of Phoenix and Scottsdale. When you feel like leaving the tall buildings and hustle and bustle behind, the places to go for some relaxing fun are the Towns of Carefree and Cave Creek.

I discovered the Sunset Point Rest Area wile driving from Phoenix to Sedona. What a breath of fresh air – literally! I knew I wanted to stop along the road to take in the vistas and take some pictures. I saw the sign and, not knowing what to expect, pulled off the road. I would have missed it otherwise as the area is off to the left as one is driving north. Heading northbound requires an exit to the right, left turn under the highway, and left turn to come back as the area is on the west side of the road. It appeared to be new or recently renovated with a central building for toilet facilities along with numerous areas, some partially covered (think large round gazebos), with tables and plenty of places to sit and look out on the landscape. This clever design, having multiple lookout points, ensures it is likely rarely crowded and anyone can find some solitude and a good, unobstructed view. A must for travelers on this long, lonely stretch of I-17.
The Coolidge Chamber is the place to go to find out things to do in the community and surrounding areas.
