Our real motivation to visit was to use a restroom. The toilets are accessed on the side of the building, not in the main information part. I asked a question where the 'red men' statue was and they gave me good instructions.

We had just arrived in Mannheim and need to find a map and information about the City‘s Christmas Markets! The TI center was very helpful and friendly! They pointed out that the city was payed out in a grid pattern and everything was easy to find. Great place as a first stop in Mannheim or any other new City.
