Lovely people, lovely views, lovely place
Reviewed By julianr88It is a family owned and hosted hostel, with great views excelente service and good prices. Santiago was the greatest host ever. He was always aware of what we needed and also he was super helpful with all the information regarding places to go and visiting during our Stay. It is located just in front the lake with beach access just across the street. I super recommend to stay here when you are vacationing with friends. Lovely people, lovely place.

Incredible view and very comfy cabañas
Reviewed By hdc900We spent four nights here in low season and it was a great experience. We initially had some reservations about staying in Villa Turismo, a few miles away from El Bolson, but if you have your own wheels is just 5' away. The view is incredible, you are surrounded by trees, the "arroyito" runs behind the property and you also have an outstanding Andean view. The Cabañas were very comfy and we really enjoyed our stay there. I think in high season there's a nice common area with ping pong, fireplace and games to hang around and socialise but it was closed when we stayed there. Wifi doesn't quite work but, hey, you can go out and explore a bit.

Reviewed By terbangThese cabañas are located on spacious grounds with spectacular scenery in the background. They are spotlessly maintained and very clean. The owners are very friendly as are their two dogs who play on the lawns. The only drawback was the kitchen equipment, one more pot and a few other things would be nice.

Fully equipped for 2 to 6 people, separate bedrooms, TVC, WI FI, dishes, linens, very good heating and hot water services, park, cradle, grill, parking, playground. In a lovely area surrounded by lakes and mountains. It can perform activities of mountaineering, adventure, tours and relaxation. Can make rafting, canopy, kayaking, surfing, kite-surfing, horseback riding, trekking, etc. You can visit the famous myrtle forest, unique in the world in a fabulous lakeside promenade.

Reviewed By JuliaA30My son checked in after a long flight. We loved the charming atmosphere immediately! The staff were beyond friendly! Ad the food was so delicious! We will definitely return on our next visit to Coast Rica! (We had to leave at 2:30am, to drive to the ferry to catch the 5am headed to Paquera (for Montezuma) and they were so thoughtful to bring me cups of coffee and banana bread a little before our departure knowing we would be tired and needing a little something to eat. And, my own goof, on our leg back to taking our flight back to the US, I thought I had booked us there for the night, only to discover I had reserved at another hotel. We had just made a 7 hour commute from Montezuma by car/ferry and we tired and hungry... so we asked to stay for dinner (remembering how delicious it was) which they were gracious to accommodating us so late. They also phoned the other hotel letting us know we were running late. Soooooo nice, the staff. I really appreciated their help in that moment. <3

Beautiful and quiet
Reviewed By Ben NWe spent a week in the larger unit, downstairs. Very comfortable and clean. Enjoyed the views of the lake and mountains. So nice, we just stayed in and relaxed a couple of days. I liked it being between Llao Llao and Bariloche because it was easier to go see sights nearby. The wifi could be better, and maybe a sign on the road.
