Last week, we stayed in the Tamarind Bathtub Room. We requested a non-smoking room with a large bed, and we received both. My wife and I simply parked next to their lobby office, and because we were the first to arrive, we did not leave our car key. Using their shuttle service, we were escorted near our room. I liked the design of our room, I think my wife also liked it; the bathtub is right behind our bed, and there is a balcony. After a while, we went to the BBQ party and Happy Hour in the afternoon and ordered tons of good food and drinks, and we liked our spot by the beachfront, where we sat in front of the beach. The staff who took our order at the restaurant was very friendly and very accommodating. There were just few things that kinda bothered us: 1) one staff member liked to hang up the phone when I tried to confirm our reservation in a call, and another situation during our stay at the front when I called the front office, 2) we parked inside this parking space and there was a car behind us, the staff was supposed to move it but we were asked to drive it instead and we politely declined, soon they called the owner of the car who were doing merits. We felt bad for going out at that hour, but we had to, 3) it was noisy in our room during nighttime I woke up twice just to hear squeaking noise or water pumping from the adjacent room that I couldn't really explain - but the food, drinks and service were awesome so that didn't really matter - I just went back to sleep. We also had room service which my wife and I appreciated, and next morning we just hung out by the pool, my wife read a book and I enjoyed watching the views. The overall experience was very good.

The Sea-Cret Garden, totally restored in its facades, equipment and tasteful furniture, is a delicious and elegant hotel surrounded by a private garden and just 15 minutes far from Hua Hin downtown. The perfect combination of classical and modern style, comfort and practicality, makes of the Sea-Cret Garden Hotel the best place where to spend a romantic weekend or a family trip. Just relax yourself with a cup of good coffee or taste a drink in the enchanting garden of the Villa: this will be the perfect memory frame of your stay in Hua Hin.
Saw the images and recommendation when doing research before the trip. When we reach there, wasn't disappointed at all! It was exactly like how they showed in the pictures. Room was huge, toilet was clean and the best thing is the swimming pool is literally 1 step away from the back door! Ordered room service for dinner and the food was decent as well. The only thing was it was unfortunate that it rained most of the time during our stay there and it was a little inconvenient. Lucky thing is that they provided buggy service to and fro your room. The only thing we didn't get to enjoy was the balcony area on the 2nd level.

The location is what got us here. Peacefully by the beach. And the staff all very helpful. So far so good. Got a very newly constructed kind of free standing room in the middle of a walkway which was extremely impractically designed. Difficult to get both in and out. Maybe a work in progress, but was charged full price. The dinner was served nicely by the beach, but food could have been better.

Bang Saphan probably is less famous than the close Ban Krut but it’s nice and quiet. I would higly recommended it to whom want to stay by an amazing sea without having noise and too many people around. Kate house is an amazing place by the sea: 100 mt walk away from the beach. Very clean, very comfortable and you have anything you need. The owners are just amazing. They make you discover all you need to. They take you by car everywhere you want to. They are like a little family in Thailand. Thanks for everything.

Old school hotel with friendly staff, but in dire need for renovation. Rooms are ok in size, bed was comfy, yet everything looked old and tired, so was equipment. Breakfast was ok, choice of eggs probably the best on on offer along with some fruits, selection was rather limited. Car park was small, but we managed to find a slot. Probably the best of all was the staff, always friendly and welcoming. Neighborhood was a plus too, quiet, yet within walking distance to city centre. All in all, I would recommend this hotel for short stay only (max 2 nights), otherwise look for something else.

Sivana Gardens Pool Villa , located in Khao Tao, Hua Hin / Cha-am, is a popular choice for travelers. Only 240km away, this 4-star hotel can be easily accessed from the airport. With its convenient location, the hotel offers easy access to the city's must-see destinations. The facilities and services provided by Sivana Gardens Pool Villa ensure a pleasant stay for guests.
Start with the positives: a clean private swimming pool, decent food to order, delivered on time to the villa, and well maintained gardens. And then there's the rest. The tone was set with bait and switch at check in. We paid for a three bedroom, three bath villa, and were shown and promised the same. On check in we found our villa had two bathrooms. When we pointed this out, the manager promised an adjustment to the rate we had prepaid. Sivana never followed up with the promised adjustment. Other issues ranged from annoyances to major inconveniences. The villa came equipped with four televisions, but after moving in we discovered the villa had no access to television signals. The property manager sent a technician, who confirmed the absence of television signals, but he cheerfully said we could watch YouTube or even get Netflix if we had a subscription. After escalating to the sales manager, someone eventually came with the missing piece of hardware, near bedtime. Another major issue, never resolved, was that the main gate to the property was broke. We called three times and ended up manually dragging the metal gate closed so our car would have some measure of protection at night. In order to drive out of the property, we called the manager, and I watched as he struggled to manually open the malfunctioning gate. The gate's drive motor did not function. In the kitchen a stench of rotting food wafted from the kitchen sink drain. One suspects either a plumbing problem or lack of proper maintenance. In one of the two bathrooms, we had to manually remove hair so the shower would drain after use. Again, I suspect bad plumbing or bad design. Noise was also an issue in the villa, as sound echoed off of unprotected walls. We were told this particular villa was a 'show villa' and others were not available. Still, we expected and should have gotten a price adjustment at minimum. Since we booked weeks in advance, this substitution of a broken 'show villa' should not have happened. These villas have potential, but under current management, I'd avoid staying at Sivana. We will not return to Sivana Gardens despite their attractive location and nice gardens. For less cost, one could rent two cabins at an excellent nearby hotel resort and be assured of service and functioning equipment.

We totally enjoyed Pa Prai Villa and suite. The food was excellent a lot of choices in their menu and reasonable price. The place was lovely and relaxing. Staff was very accommodating and they can communicate English. All I can say is that the stay was worth it. We would like to go back again .

L'air du pran the breath of Pran - abeach resort built on a small land was created with love and dream supported by an unshakable intention to share the beauty and peacefulness of Pran beach the ambiance of true relaxation, the comfort of outstandingly appointed guestrooms, as well as to demonstrate our friendly and lively service."come to L'air du pran and let us take cars of you"
Stayed here for two nights, not really knowing what to expect. But this place is wonderful. It's very quiet, not much to do within walking distance, but we loved it! The only thing separating the 'resort' with the beach is a small road, a small grass strip and a walking/biking path that goes all along the beach. They have a small-ish pool (that gets a bit warm) and some lounge chairs facing the ocean, there's also a decent size rooftop area, where you can go look at the ocean and the area around l'air du pran. The beach is very quiet, but not great for swimming (at least when we were there and for our taste) - still great to relax tho. The rooms are big, but still cozy with TV and couch (we stayed at the superior room), the mattress on the hard side, but still comfortable - but the metal frame is a bit squeeky. Breakfast is simple but good, toast, eggs, tea, coffee and they cook omelets etc for you. The staff is very friendly and helpful and attentive - they gave us a welcome drink and one day, when we were chilling at the pool, they brought all four of us a pineapple smoothie for free. There's bicycles that you can use for free, which is awesome, because there's that biking/walking path that goes all along the beach. We really enjoyed riding the bikes along the coast and to dinner/lunch. Food at l'air du pran is expensive, but there's a couple places along the beach that are decent and especially with the free bicycles you can easily get to good restaurants. Only negative is the cleanliness, there were a few hairs in the bathroom and shower and the mirror was fairly 'cloudy' - but other than that we have no complaints. We'll definitely consider this place when we need a quick beach getaway and want some peace & quiet.
