The villa, rooms, and pool are spotless and well organized. It was a big villa. And the housemate team can keep the whole place clean for us during the stay. Reviewed By timi_1983This hotel is located in awesome spot close to the hill cliffs and is designed in very aesthetic and modern way. There are many benefits if you choose to stay in this hotel - especially low price, very aesthitic surrounding and unique mountain view, pleasant pool and free hotel cab. The only one disadvatage is that hotel is far from beach but the hotel provides 24-hours free hotel taxi which take you to the city and on the beach anytime you want.

Everything was nicely prepared for our arrival and very clean and tidy. Daisy was delightful and always on hand to help with any requirements. Highly recommended. If you stay I can also recommend the Garage Cafe nearby on the main road.

Reviewed By jijitharayilClean and spacious rooms. The kitchen has all the necessary amenities if you wish to cook something. The pool could have been bigger. The rooms we stayed in, by the pool had a nice backyard, small but still good, with trees around. They have excellent tour packages and transit available. The food is absolutely yummy! The staff is sweet too.

Fantastic chill place
Reviewed By aussie_firebladeWanna is the best!! She is the owner of the place, super friendly and accommodating. You need anything, ask her. Check-in was easy. Our room had an issue with air-cond. Wanna put us in another villa (Oscar’s) for the night and then moved everything for us the next day when we were not in. The room we had was a two-bedroom villa, very cooling and comfortable. It was a bit rustic, but the atmosphere around was cool. Very relaxed vibe to the place. Wanna provided free shuttle into town and on-demand too!! How many places does that, even pick-up……just give her a call and she will send someone to pick you up from town. First day we went exploring and walked out to Macro (20 minutes away). On the way back, we ran into Wanna and she was screaming “are you mad? So hot why you walk? Why you not call me?” She is great!! Though Pintong has one small pool, you could use the one at the back belonging to another place as well. If you are after a nice relaxing holiday and planning on doing nothing but laze, this is the best place for it!!

Reviewed By lostinbeautifulplaceThis was a fantastic lodging experience for us. We ended up staying with Bum, his family, and friends during the lockdown during COVID. They made us feel like family and we are forever grateful! We stayed in the one bedroom. It was equipped with a kitchenette (large fridge, microwave, toaster, kettle, cutting board, plates, etc) The living space was well appointed with modern furniture and original art and a smart tv (helped pass the time during lockdown) The bedroom had a large and very comfortable bed and pillows, plenty of room to store and hang your clothes. The bathroom is huge with beautiful tile work and unique touches. Water pressure and heat of the water was fantastic. Wifi throughout the villa and property was excellent. Outdoor space was equipped with sun loungers, table and chairs to enjoy the day or evening by the pool. The tropical landscape and all of the extraordinary sculptures (made by the owner and his friend) added to our overall experience. You can rent a motorbike from them and they also offer shuttle service to the main area of Ao Nang. We enjoyed being able to walk to the local markets and 7/11(1km) and a few restaurants. I can highly recommend Seava House after our two months of staying with them!!!

Jungle experience
Reviewed By LarisaD128We have spent here one week. My first impression of the bungalow was terrible. It was not cleaned after the previous guests, only the bed was made. It was full of ants too. BUT, as the days went by, I started to like it because of its location, its in a very quiet area next to the forest, you can hear exotic birds chirping, animals passing by, it was very different then anything I have seen before. The house was made out of bamboo, no soundproofing, no airconditioning, weak wifi, but we took it as a jungle - real thai experience and in the end we even enjoyed it. They provided clean sheets and towels, changed them on request. They were making us decent breakfast and were very kind. The bungalows are really basic, it is more like living in a tent. Go there only if you really want to feel the jungle. And a friendly advise - dont store any food in the room because you will not be able to get rid of the ants.
