After boarding onto our speedboat I will take you onto a beautiful tour of the vulcan. We will first go to Ginostra then I will bring you to the Sciara del Fuoco. You will enjoy the beautiful eruptions of Stromboli and an amazing sunset too !! I find it always a fantastic experience ! I have been living in Stromboli for over 30 years and I love this island! but more precisely the vulcan! Stromboli is not only one of the many beautiful islands of the Mediterranea Sea, but it is the only one where volcanic activity takes place unceasingly in front of our very eyes, and where the visitor can see the explosions so it makes sense that the best way to enjoy it is from the sea!
Inclusions: All Fees and Taxes
Exclusions: Take a cash for the aperitivo - Drinks and Finger foods are not included
Pasqualo and his team are absolutely amazing! So helpful and reliable. Our tour to the Sciara was absolutely the highlight of our holiday and I cannot recommend it enough. Sitting there in the little boat under the cover of darkness watching the eruptions was just the chance of a lifetime and one of the best nights of my life! We will definitely use Pasqualo again should we return to Stromboli. He is such a sweetheart! Thank you Pasqualo!

After boarding onto our speedboat from the port in Stromboli, I will take you onto a beautiful tour of the vulcan. We will pass by Ginostra, the other village of Island Stromboli reachable only by boat, where you can have a walk and enjoy the nice and relaxing atmosphere. In Stromboli, the dominant colour of the sea is neon blue, which becomes lighter, greener or more turquoise, depending on where you bathe. I will also bring you to some nice spots for swimming, snorkeling before we move towards the Sciara del Fuoco (Street of Fire). And finally, you will discover what "deep blue" means, in Strombolicchio! The best way to enjoy Stromboli, it is from the sea! and I will be glad to share my passion and knowledge about the island and the vulcan with you.

Your guided hiking adventure will start from our Info Point Ashàra located in Piazza San Vincenzo Departure scheduled about 2 hours before sunset to admire the spectacular beauty along the side of the Sciara del Fuoco. After a short briefing, the excursion will begin which will lead us up to the maximum altitude of 400m During the first 2 hours of trekking we will make 2 or 3 intermediate breaks to enjoy the view and immortalize the natural beauty of this wonderful landscape. On our way we will meet and visit the old island cemetery and cross the typical Mediterranean scrub. We will then return to the starting point through the typical Strombolian reeds and the old mule track.

Exclusions: Backpack (10-20 lt), Windbreaker, at least 1.5L, snack and packed dinner
We loved our excursion, it was even better than expected. Our guide Pepe was very knowledgeable and kind. Before booking we were considering going up by ourselves and stop at 2900 meter but are SO GLAD we did this tour. I honestly feel it’s a completely different experience being able to go up to 3300 meters. We could hear the volcano growling and the lava spouting up but didn’t feel unsafe at any point - Pepe was great. I would say the hike was slightly more intens than expected with steep declines but as long as you’re reasonably fit it shouldn’t be an issue - it only made it more fun for us. Highly recommend!!!

Climbing the slopes of an active volcano to admire both during the ascent and then during the stop in the dark, the wonderful and high explosions is one of the most unforgettable experiences for adults and children. The silence that dominates this island reached 400mt will be interrupted only by the rumble of the volcano and its breaths. Our guides speak basic English and French in the case of Spanish or German we can provide you with the guide in your language according to availability. During our trekking the Guide will tell the geological history of the Aeolian Islands, flora and fauna, our lifestyle and the history of human settlements in the Aeolian
Inclusions: Compulsory helmet included

The volcano was magnificent, fantastic views on the top including several explosions. We had a big group with people from many different countries. This was the "English speaking" tour, but the explanation was first always in Italian, than French and English at last. At every stop it was taking a long time and was quite boring because the guide had to tell everything 3 times. He also did not really take care of the slower people and other guides had to inform him people needed a break. On the way down ha checked once if everyone was there, but he raced downhill even though in the dark it was quite a challenging descent.

This was a well organised ‘tour’. I use the inverted commas as it’s basically a taxi service to each island. The boat was clean and well manned. For some reason our tour was cut short by about an hr so we didn’t have as long on each island as we thought.

What a delightful way to spend a "birthday eve"! We booked a tour for two, which was an excellent decision. We boarded a small, fast, and comfortable boat; first to Ginostra for wine and treats at sunset, and then around to watch Mother Nature's fireworks - little explosions emanating from Stromboli's crater. A bottle of prosecco and a visit from some dolphins made the viewing all that more romantic and special. Grazie mille, Pasqualo!

Explore the volcanic islands of Panarea and Stromboli in the UNESCO-listed Aeolian Archipelago, on a day trip from Taormina. After traveling by motorboat to each island, enjoy free time to swim in their crystalline waters or amble around their villages. Cruise around Stromboli to see the island’s volcano at its bombastic best. A crater called Sciara del Fuoco is easily visible from the water, so look out for its frequent jet-like eruptions lighting up the night sky!

Exclusions: Lunch, Dinner, Eco tax at the Port of Milazzo (approx. 5 euros between 1st June - 30th September and 2.5 euros from the 1st to the 31st October). Please note the amount may be subject to changes during the season.
Great couple of hours taking part in Italian cooking! See as it was during Covid-19, my partner and I were the only participants. We were greeted by Luca and offered coffee while they prepared the kitchen for us. We helped make bread, learnt how to make macaroni and of course, pizza! we had 2 breaks - and at each, we ate what we made and had a litre of house wine! The macaroni was made into '"pasta alla norma'' and it was my favourite dish of the course. They even emailed us the recipes after. I highly recommend doing this class, it's a cool way to experience with locals.
Enjoy a spectacular bird's-eye view of the three Sicilian volcanoes and experience the dramatic aerial view of the Aeolian Islands scenery.
Inclusions: Round trip transfer service from Hotels in Taormina, Letojanni, Giardini Naxos to the helipad, 1 hour and 30 min. approx helicopter tour
Exclusions: Personal expenses, Gratuities
Although the owner was pleasant, he seemed to have limited knowledge/information about the wines. The Sicilian dishes supposed to be paired were a piece of bread with sundried tomatoes on it and a fish ball - that’s it, nothing else. Not paired with wines as advertised and no other food or nibbles, again as advertised in the pictures. The wines were nice but but barely a mouthful. Once the restaurant started getting busy we were ignored so just left. Really not worth the money as we walked to a nearby bar a bought a bottle of similar quality wine for €22 and got free snacks!!
