The course PADI Scuba Diver is for those who is limited in time for education maybe doesn’t have enough spare funds, and for the families with kids who want to get the certification, but don’t want to spend a lot of time studying, pass exams and practice a lot of skills. Upon the completion of the course, you get your international certification that will allow you to dive to the depth not more than 12 m together with PADI professional. This is a half way to your PADI Open Water Diver certification. For to get this certification you have to make three out of five theoretical chapters of the Open Water Diver course, three confined water dives out of five and two open water dives out of four.

Went on this tour yesterday and it was amazing! Everything was way beyond what was expected and I loved every minute of it. Would definitely recommend to everyone. From the sights, the boat, the food, to the experiences, and the fantastic crew, absolutely spectacular. Nut and his family we wonderful guides and very funny and knowledgeable. The sights were stunning, the boat was awesome and unique. The food! SO GOOD!! Didn't want it to end. Absolutely must do in Thailand! Can't wait to come back and do it again.

I went to Thailand for some business and had couple days for holidays where I wanted to enjoy something new. One of my dreams was to do diving and found these people. Great people with really good response and amazing experience with diving. Showed great spots and definitely I will repeat this.

I tried muay thai for the very first time here. I wanted to do a private session to be certain that my back problems were respected, and they were. I got to try so much that I haven't tried before, and I didn't got pushed to do anything I couldn't. I can't wait until next time we're in Koh Samui, and I will come here again!

I had planned to join the Samui Fitness Retreat for three weeks but ended up staying three months – which already speaks for itself, I think :) The whole experience has changed my life. I have never felt stronger - physically and mentally - and I am amazed by what one is capable of when one gets the right coaching. Before I came to Samui, I had only been into sports for a few months and had never heard of CrossFit before. Coach Mike and his team have managed to push me to achieve results that I have never thought would be possible. I have learned to challenge myself and to believe in myself, and what I am actually capable of. The training is hard but super fun and brings amazing results in a very short time. It doesn't matter what level of fitness you have, you always receive a scaled workout. So it is therefore possible that experienced CrossFit athletes train alongside beginners and support each other. This spirit is unique and very motivational. I would like to point out Coach Mike's passion for what he does. He has a huge fitness knowledge, is very experienced, creative, and enthusiastic and manages to motivate each individual and contribute positively to the group dynamics. Mike and his team have ignited my passion for CrossFit and are responsible for me joining a local CrossFit box so I can keep working on the best version of myself :) Long story short: Best retreat on Koh Samui ! Made lifelong friends and am extremely grateful for everything I learned and was able to take with me. Hope to come back soon !
