The tour that was planned was amazing. They took care of our needs from the start till the end of the tour. We had a great time trekking and camping, our trek guide and the caretaker were very hospitable and made us feel comfortable throughout the trek and stay. The trek was during autumn, which had a different feel to itself, with yellow and red shades of the forests, even though it was a bit chilly in November. The way to moridugh was not that difficult, however be prepared to be spellbound by the views it has to offer. The campsite was amidst the forests with a view of snowcapped mountains. The tents and other facilities provided in the camp kept us warm and comfy during the wintry weather. Trek to Bhrigu lake was a bit steep. Even if you do not reach Bhrigu lake, make sure to atleast trek till the meadow area also known as the lonely tree, the view is totally mesmerizing! My overall experience with Himalayan Frontiers was top notch! Could not have asked for a better tour and hospitality! Highly recommended!!

6. accomodation: you will get a carpeted room with colorful matresses- your beds- and blankets. thats it. no furniture, hangers, etc. in case of overdemand you might have to share it with others, size and cleanliness of rooms change from one homestay to another but they are mostly comfortable and clean enough. 7.food- dinner is your big meal and usually good though again depending on the house. i had a feast in yurutse but only a single dish in other places. never went to sleep hungry anyway. breakfast is a matter of all you can eat chappatis with butter, jam, nuttela etc. with the bread coming sometimes in more enticing forms. the packed lunch consists always of a small juice box, a candy bar, one boiled potato, one hard boiled egg and 2 chappatis, usually already spread with jam or honey. if you want a change in the routine, ask for it the night before. 8.water- all homestays will supply you with purified water for free and all tea tents will sell them for 15 ruppee a liter. i never had to use river or stream water. 9. toilets- ladakhi dry toilets everywhere. a small rectangle in the floor to aim to and use the shovel to throw some composting matter on your remains. cleanliness varies. bring your own toilet paper. 10. showers- the great surprise. almost all homestays are equipped with an instant water heater which will grant you a luxurious bucket shower in a specially designated room, much nicer and cleaner than the toilet room. fill your own bucket to ensure enough water.
