RE3D is a toyshop for Geeks/Nerds. They have wonderful tech & people who are friendly, curious, and wiling to share. And their products (printers) and the things made with them and by their customers are awesome. Seeing things like a full-sized motor, a wooden cabinet with trimmings (done with wood filament) and various statues & "contraptions" is really fascinating. If you have ANY interest in seeing what's up with 3D printing come see this facility with your family. Kids in particular are fascinated and inspired when they see what can be done.

I had family visiting from the east coast and they were curious about Houston's cuisine. What better way to show of the amazing food in the city than on a food tour. All the restaurants and choices of food were phenomenal. We also got to visit the tunnel system which I had never been to or heard of and I have been in Houston for 15+ years. The food tour is ran so professional and unique. Our tour guided also took amazing covid precautions; from offering hand sanitizer at each spot and having the tables cleaned off with Clorox wipes. My family visiting also did Astroville's tunnel tour during the day and they loved it. We got send great photos of the tour after.

100% recommended. We briefly stopped in Houston on our way back home from New York and decided to book this tour on a whim to see if would see anything before our second flight. Our guide was on time, personable, and very knowledge. She even stopped at multiple neat spots to take photos of the groups who remained social distanced throughout (think either 7 to 8 of us in total so didn't feel packed) A very thorough presentation worth every penny with videos and info to keep you interested and hooked on for more to the last minute. The tour was one of the best walking tours I have ever been on including in my travels to Asia and Europe and served as a lovely introduction into the culture, architecture, and history of city that definitely doesn't seem to promote itself as much as it should.......But maybe that is all of Texas!

I found myself comparing this museum comparing it to the many other bog, famous museums I have been too and found this one so unique. Disappointed the Egypt and Americas level was closed for restoration but excited to see that they will be refreshing the level for a further trip. The cabinets of curiosity and lower energy level were also closed because of covid. The Pompeii traveling exhibit was very interesting and informative. It also was very respectful to those that lost their lives and really put into perspective what life in the city would be like. One of the most unique portions we enjoyed was the malacology and gemstones hall. It was expansive and you could spend hours looking through all of the artifacts. The price was a little steep given how much was closed but didn’t deter from the overall experience. Will be back to tour the floors that were closed!
