"Þórsmörk has a spot in each Icelanders heart. There's just nothing like it..." Þórsmörk is an incredibly beautiful nature reserve, situated in the heart of South Iceland nestled among the glaciers Eyjafjallajökull, Mýrdalsjökull and Tindfjallajökull.  On our hike we take in the astonishing view over Þórsmörk, Mýrdalsjökull glacier and the highlands. We will also hike up to Gígjökull glacier where we observe the effects of the 2010 Eyjafjallajökull eruption and breath in the purifying glacial air. Þórsmörk is a spectacular place to visit, it has it's own kind of feel to it. It is Icelandic nature to the core.

The 10th of july 2020, we went to visit Landmannalauger with Hilmar Finnson. We enjoyed a lot, it was amazing and Hilmar was a fantastic guide, explaining everything we wanted to know, answering all our questions and keeping silence when he knows silence is a good way to appreciate what you are sorrounded by. We noticed he knows very well Icelnad, not only the paths but the cultural, scientis and enviromental points as well. This is one of the excursion we are always going to remember. We visited places that made us feel part of the movie Lord of the Rings or Narnia. Places where we wouldn't have gone on our own.

This was an amazing experience! First time on a buggy with my boyfriend, and we had so much fun! We had the best instructor! It was not just a buggy tour, we learned so much from him about the history of Iceland, including wonderful sight seeing and so much more! We even got to shoot with a bow and arrow on the famous black beach! SOOOO AMAZING!! Afterwards he recommended that we ate at the hotel near where he lives, where they serve really good salmon! Wow it was good!! Kind regards, Julius and Anastasia

It's 7 AM, and we are leaving Reykjavik in our newly rented car. The adventure begins! Whatever you expect from the dogsledding be prepared for the best dogsledding of your life. You wouldn't spend three days in open artic landscape, but these guys give a taste what is really like to ride the dogs and enjoy the wind passing through your face when you hear "hoi, hoi" from your chef rider. These guys are super nice and help you to get warm before you sit on the sledges. That said dress well cover the nose, get sunglasses, get yourself and a good pair of gloves too. The ride is approximately an hour, which is enough time for you to take some fantastic pictures. So get your camera ready - so can share some memories with your loved ones. These guys rocks! We'll be back again soon J+

If you would like to experience the Icelandic horse both in terms of riding and information, but doesn’t feel like going on an outdoor ride, this is the option for you. It’s a perfect pick on a bad-weather day, for families with smaller kids but also for anyone who might just prefer an indoor arena experience. You will receive both cultural, historical and characteristic information on the Icelandic horse as well as enjoy the change to interact with them in the stable. Furthermore, the ride in the arena will give you a chance to really make use of your instructor and gain new riding skills while having fun. Since we specialize in small groups, there will be plenty of space for all riders in our big arena and if someone might prefer to watch, there is space on the tribune. Finish off the tour in our cafeteria with a hot drink. We are located 1 hour drive south of Reykjavik. Age limit: 10 years Weight limit: 110 kg/242 lbs

Inclusions: Helmets, gloves, buffs and/or overall, Coffee and/or Tea, Free photos

We enjoyed our simple ride through the meadows! The views were absolutely stunning, and gave us a great impression of what Iceland has to offer. Our horses Orion and Eldur were a pleasure to ride and our guide Astrid gave us a great overview of Iceland and the horses. Recommended for anyone looking to enjoy the outdoors and take in some great views!

Landmannalaugar is one of a kind and no surprise it is one of the most popular natural attraction in Iceland. The geological formations with their stunning colors and geothermal heat are super motives for the eye or camera. Your guide has a Ph.D. in botany and has a deep understanding of the environmental issues dealt with in Iceland. During the drive, the elevation increases and you can definitely sense a change. The vegetation changes, sometimes the weather changes and so does the scenery of course. We drive very close to the majestic Hekla volcano which has erupted five times since 1947 and is due to erupt again any day. We then follow the narrow roads into the mountains, cross a few rivers and are soon in Landmannalaugar. And on the way we can - of course - stop as often as you like for photos. Landmannalaugar from Hella - two perfect locations!

Long story short, it was an amazing, unique experience. Booked on a short notice in winter corona times, they accepted us with smiles. Everybody was extra kind (includind horses :)), especially our horse riding guide Johanne. After the horse ridding experience (which I will not explain, book it and see it for yourself), they hosted us with warm drinks and let us see the stables and other horses. Definitely 10/10, must experience it if you visit Iceland!

If you love dogs and/ or the Islandic countryside then this a must for you. The crew were extremely friendly, and having dealt with dogs for many years I can confirm they are loved and well looked-after ... definitely family members, not beasts of burden by any means. If you have the time take this trip even if there is no snow, it is definitely woth it and - I imagine that COVID 19 has also had a detrimental impact on the dogsledding business too - help support their livelyhood and help their fourlegged friends in the process :-)
