We wanted a tour around Ubud to see the highlights and get extra information from a local. We got a tip from a friend about Yande. So we made an appointment. Yande was amazing. He explained us so much about the culture, traditions and other things about Bali. He drove us around for almost 10 hours and made great pictures. I really recommend you book a trip at the organisation and see the island with the help of a local. We had a blast!

Just like dutch television program "Spoorloos" I was with help of Made searching for a cousin, who live somewhere in Ubud. He's a painter. I haven't seen him for 50 years and the only thing I know was the name of the desa. As a guide and driver, Made help me with this. We stopped everywhere and Made asked everyone we saw if they know my cousin. After a while we have found him. Thanks to Made, who was impressed himself having found him! Great help Made and many thanks for this! You have made it easy for me!

My husband and I celebrated our honeymoon in Bali January 2020. We discovered Dewa from a Facebook post and decided to give him a try. Best decision ever. This tour is amazing. First we did some local art shopping and then visited the coffee farm. The coffee farm was super interesting for my husband and I. Although there are a few swing attractions in Bali, Dewa took us to the safest one with Western regulations to ensure safety. We got beautiful pictures on the swings! After the swings we did the floating lunch. I had the curry fish and it was amazing! The pool and view were to die for! This tour was very special and I highly recommend it to anyone. Dewa is a very patient and kind man. He knows everone in Bali and will make sure you are taken care of!

Myself and my friend booked this company for our airport transfer to and from the hotel. Firstly I must say that we were utterly appalled. Having arrived at the airport, our driver- his name was Oppan or Oppian called us to say that he had arrived. Cool. However whilst he called 30 minutes before saying he had arrived and I explained to him we had to get our luggage and go through immigration so we’ll be maybe 20 minutes when we arrived to the pick up area he was nowhere to be seen and left our name card on a fence. I tried to call him after maybe 10 mins of us standing there and he gave the excuse he was in the toilet and we should wait for him. 10 minutes turned to 1.5 hours and whenever I’ll try to call, he would decline the call. I called the company, they then had to send out another car for us, however before the other car turns up.. guess who comes strolling in? Yes Oppian. After 1.5 hours. We arrived in Bali after a 15 hour flight at 23:30 and did not get into the taxi until 1:30. In the car, he was telling us all kinds of excuses and then dropped the “I need this job I can’t get fired” line. I felt bad so called the company back explaining it was all a misunderstanding and he was a great person. He told us he’ll give us a free tour whenever we wanted during our stay and we just pay admission to places. However when the day came for it, he didn’t turn up and left us standing at our hotel, upon contacting him he told us “we were late” so he went home. I spoke to our hotel lobbyists and no one even came to pick us up, nor where we late. I contacted him again to see what was going on and he brushed it off being very rude and saying he wasn’t coming. Let me also say that he wanted us to spend a lot of money as he was trying to con us (probably to make back the money from the “free”tour he’ll give us and then some) because we didn’t fall for it, he saw no fit purpose to drive us around. And once he dropped us at our hotel the first time round, he made a comment along the lines of “ohh you are staying at this very expensive hotel?! Okay okay”. Very dishonest person!! If anyone needs a tour guide, I’ve got an amazing person who was extremely lovely. Sick a kind genuine soul and a careful and alert driver, so let me know and I’ll give you his number :)

We visited Bali at the end of February. We booked directly with Putu using email. As we booked a few months in advance we were told that they'd be in touch nearer the time with driver details. The night before we still hadn't heard anything so sent Putu an email to confirm that a driver was arranged. He replied quickly and confirmed that driver would contact via WhatsApp. Shortly after I received a message from Tedy. This is the only improvement I could suggest. Tedy was waiting for us at the agreed time. Great careful driver in a clean comfortable car with good AC. He was really friendly and spoke good English. He was able to recommend places to visit and the best order. He even recommended a restaurant that what stopped off at for lunch. He guided us around the different attractions, he was very knowledgeable and made the experience even better. For example being told about the history whilst going round the Goa Gajah Cave temple. He was more than happy to take photos of us and did a pretty good job too. Overall a really great experience. Much more of a tour guide than just a driver. Thanks again Tedy! As mentioned the only improvement would have been better contact the day before from Putu.

Krisna was personally recommended by a friend. He is very knowledgeable, speaks good English, and willing to answer any questions. My family and I enjoyed a great time with him. The Swing was just part of the highlight. We get picked up from the hotel right on time. As I was with my family, he helped me pack the kids' stuff in the car. Driving skill was excellent and throughout our journey, he made us laugh all the way. The package we got was all-inclusive, hence you don’t need to worry about paying for entrance and stuff. We had a full informative tour of Ubud and see it in a different light. The tour was inclusive of Celuk Village, Puseh Batuan Temple, Tegenungan Waterfall, Sacred Monkey Forest Sanctuary, Tegalalang Rice Terrace, and Bali Pulina Coffee Plantation. Overall, we had a great time.
