Searles Castle is an important landmark to the Town of Windham NH. In fact, it is part of the town seal. Searles Castle was developed by Edward Searles over the course of a number of years. It has beautiful, expansive grounds that are a delight to walk. The Castle as its affectionately called hosts many special events, especially weddings. We visited for the Town's 275th anniversary special and were impressed with the setting and service.

If you're lucky enough to live near Windham, NH, you probably already know how special Griffin Park is. Besides providing space for recreational sports and teams (baseball, tennis, soccer), there is a fabulous walking path around the perimeter, a playground area for little ones, a bandstand area with restrooms, and a very pretty gazebo. The park is also next door to Johnson's Highland View Farm, another local gem.
