Internationally acclaimed Sylvia Zerbini and her amazing horses perform at Liberty. She demonstrates her amazing communication and partnering with up to 16 horses at once. The ultimate Equestrian Ballet experience. In Liberty there are no lead lines, no bridles, not one piece of equipment directing the horses. Sylvia builds a bond and understanding with each individual horse. The horses look to her for direction as every gesture, body movement, spoken cue means something specific to them. Performances November thru April at Grande Liberte Farm. Lesson and Clinics are held throughout the year. Visit website SylviaZerbini.com for schedule, and to purchase tickets for performances.

Cavern and cave diving site.
Great place to dive, learn to dive, or to improve your skills. Dove for two days during the week and the viz was absolutely fantastic! Toby and Kevin at the dive school are top notch instructors, and well as being just good people. From shallow to deep, there's a dive for everyone here. Stay on site and get an early jump on the diving the next morning. You won't regret it, and we will be back!

We are a botanical garden set in a 100 year old limerock quarry. We offer guided tours included in admission and offer discounted rates for children, groups and active duty military. We have hundreds of plants species, dozens of gardens and several waterfalls, bridges and simply breathtaking views. As a non-profit we strive to educate our guests and promote sustainability and conservation.
First, you enter this magical place by driving up and around some amazing elevation ( for Florida!!) on a dirt road through the woods, anticipating what you might see around every corner! We were greeted by the most charming young lady with an enthusiasm for this place as bright as her blue eyes! Charmed and prepared with our beautifully printed map and her thorough explanation we took off through the faerie world of limestone walls dripping with ferns, exotic plants and whimsical decorations, following the rim of the transformed quarry. Every turn is a new, lovely vista! We had the gardens pretty much to ourselves so early in the day (11:00 a.m.) and although there weren’t all that many plants in bloom at this time of year, it was beautiful and captivating nonetheless. These Gardens have some little rough edges, as it is an enormous place with lots to maintain, but we encountered a young man sweeping the pathway and you can tell it is cared for by people who love it! We plan to return when the season offers more blooming plants and we have more time to spend and absorb the Zen vibe and charm of this jewel!

I have visited many events (ScaryTrain, Christmas, Six Gun, Happy Girls, Brave Girls, Snow Party, Easter Train, Boo’s Halloween party) and this place is amazing. And it’s not just the events! The people are amazing! The Kirby’s and their volunteers spend their days and nights finding ways to improve children’s lives educationally, mentally and physically. It started for me with the interest in the events, which lead me to their faith based mentoring group, to my kid volunteering, to my whole family volunteering. If your thinking of attending a event you can’t go wrong! The money goes to a great cause! And your family will have a good time!

This place is a dream come true for elephant lovers that respect and recognize commitment and bonding between animal and human. I had two major emotions that surfaced during my trip to Two Tails/All About Elephants. Sadness and gratitude. My sadness was not for the elephants, the facility or the owners, but with the parents that were visiting. There was a social energy from the kids and the parents that overwhelmed me (a 50 yr old mom visiting with my husband). The parents did not thank the facility, did not thank the elephants, were oblivious to social norms and expectations for screaming, space, managing excited children, and having basic respect for others trying to be respectful and learn. The owner of this facility was an encyclopedia about elephants, her bond with them was unmatched, her commitment to these beings, bigger than I have ever witnessed. I was overwhelmed by the visiting humans that cut in line (out of excitement), with the parents that happily watched their children scream and run during sitting and listening time, with the entitlement feeling that surfaced with a crowd of 50 for consuming all they could on this elephant farm. It was eery to me how the universal emotion of the parents, kids and excited people took over the space, most felt justified in having no gratitude for this facility and no respect for their fellow observers. Once I accepted that I could not change, or fight the entitlement wave that took over everyone there, I focused on my second emotion. Gratitude. I felt gratitude to Patricia and her family for allowing visitors, for allowing themselves and their time and love for these animals to be consumed. I feel gratitude and am overwhelmed that not only have I had access to a real live elephant (several), but I was able to touch, ride, talk to, admire, watch, and buy a painting from - an elephant. I was able to witness the quiet, determined, clean and careful care this facility took of each and every one of these majestic creatures. I was able to witness the authentic trust and the bond that was tangible between the elephants and the staff. As a professional of 25 years in the dog grooming business, recognizing bonds and trust (and lack of) that comes innately to me. Patricia took the time to educate all of us about elephants, why the race is dying without human intervention and what she is doing to try and change this, and how animal activists impact this within our world. I appreciated the education. I appreciated her commitment (some of the elephants she had been in her care for 40 plus years!) I appreciated that she was willing to expose her energy, her love, her family, her resources to help educate our earth on what true love, harmony with animals, and commitment is. Thank you Patricia for allowing me this opportunity inside the US where I could witness the true love of your heart, the majesty of elephants, elephants in harmony with Floridian 100 acre ranch, and get a taste of why you are so committed. I thank you Patricia from the bottom of my heart. Additionally I send gratitude in place of greediness for all the other parents and children that allowed themselves to be consumed by their own excitement wave and could not offer their own gratitude. My experience on your ranch is one my top 3 life experiences. Keep on doing what you do and thank you, from myself and my husband - in awe of you and how you manage your love.
