Customer service was AMAZING BEFORE we got to the brick and mortar building. When we got there, there was no one to greet us and people standing around everywhere. They have a sample wall which allows practice for the various locks but multiple samples were broken, or missing pieces.
I only knew about signing in because I heard someone else mention that they already signed in. The associates were great but they were running around trying to do multiple things. There REALLY needs to be a host or hostess for when people come in. We had never been there before so a brief overview of how this works would have been nice.
Once we were in the room, We were with a group who must do these for a living and they just started going when the door opened. They didn't communicate with us until I shared a clue I had found and not them. They were overbearing and didn't even care that we were in the room. Perhaps a brief introduction and an overview from the room master could have prepared ALL of us to work together.
This all said, I think this is a clever game and would like to return as long as no one else is in the room, since this was our experience. I felt bad for my daughter who was so excited to be there and wasn't able to truly participate because the group in there were savages!

First time attending the Scottish rite theater. Overall the experience was very very good. It's a small and intimate venue with an interesting history. We sat all the way in the back and still had a good view of the stage. There's plenty of free on-site parking and the nearby downtown area offers lots of pre-show dining choices. We will definitely return.

We arrived on a Monday and were given a beer menu. We arrived about 2:30pm, and the menu listed it being Happy Hour at this time, and Jersey Brewed Beers were $3.50. So I had 3 Spellbound Palo Santos. My wife had 2 Spellbound Cherry Tripels. Before leaving, we got the bill and I was charged $19.50 for my 3 beers! My wife was charged $12 for her 2 beers! We brought this to the attention of the bartender, who rudely informed us that Spellbound wasn't included! Sure looks like it's included on the menu! Deceiving robbing practice! So we just took the waitress tip and used it to pay the bill.

Located on the Camden Waterfront across the river from Center City Philadelphia the Battleship New Jersey Museum and Memorial offers guided and self-guided tours year-round. Climb inside the 16" gun turrets, learn explore the captain's cabins and crew's quarters and discover what life was like for a Battleship sailor. Families and youth groups can spend the night aboard the Battleship as part of the overnight encampment program.
We visited the Battleship New Jersey, earlier this month, one day, when the snow was melting. Because of that, only part of the ship was open for touring. We opted not to take the audio tour, as it was even more money; however, we may have missed something without it. The little exhibit inside was self explanatory, and so were a couple of the rooms, but I wonder if we missed any explanation of the outside of the ship. The ship and its history is impressive, and I did enjoy the exhibit on board; I just don't think that it was worth the steep price, especially since we couldn't tour the whole ship, and there was no one on the ship of whom to ask questions.

My husband, Snook, and I have attended several Ritz Theater Company productions through the years and always come away pleased. Some of them included One Flew over the Cuckoo's Nest, Fiddler on the Roof, and Rent. Staging and lighting is always a challenge in small theater and this one is expert at both. Casting is pretty true to the original productions and the actors and singers are usually more than adequately suited to their parts. In addition to the shows, there is an adjoining shop which always features a local artist art exhibit which is a plus. There are snacks and coffee available for sale in the lobby for every production. The theater itself is a crumbling but comfortable work of art that lets you step back in time. We thoroughly recommend a visit to catch a show and/or maybe a season ticket.

Went there with friends and was surprised they did not have food. a couple of places around the corner...walking distance had food you could take out and eat there. Young crowd drinking beer; that's their main attraction.

No holiday is complete without a visit to Aunt Charlotte's Candy Store. The door opens to a crowd who come because they love the tradition of choosing favorites synonymous with each season of the year. Whether I go there at Halloween, Christmas, Valentines Day, or Easter...all the traditional favorites have been made as they've been doing for decades. I love choosing trinkets from the variety of novelties displayed along the back wall of the "shoppe"... Note my spelling...this place just makes me feel like I've stepped back in time. You can customize your selections of chocolate, have things personalized and leave feeling like your sweet tooth and those of your loved ones will be sooo satisfied.
If you come just before a holiday, leave time to allow for finding a parking space along the street if the small lot is filled and also for the possibility that you'll have to wait in line to be checked out. Hey, but what's a holiday without the bustle of friendly folks getting ready to celebrate!

Wife and I visited here once last year. We are back in the area(we go between England and US) and decided to go again. Amazing place. Great variety of beers on tap. Something for everyone. The servers were very welcoming and friendly. We chatted with...MoreThanks so much for your thoughtful review!! :) FYI, besides street parking, there's also a parking garage at the end of Powell Lane (pay at the kiosk) or you can park at the Sun National Bank across the street.

We took our 3 1/2 year old grandson and spent close to two hours watching him totally enjoying himself. He loved running around and exploring the different areas of the museum. His favorite activity was the ambulance- he loved steering the wheel and turning on the siren. Young kids will really enjoy themselves here.
