It's the heart of Gardner Village and where our story began. Archibald's Restaurant is located in a historic flour mill built in 1877 by one of the original pioneer settlers to the Salt Lake Valley, Archibald Gardner. Much of the original equipment remains today. The mill is listed on the National Register of Historic Places and is a special part of Utah's history. If you're looking for a unique dining experience rich in history and great food, Archibald's is the place. Archibald's Restaurant serves lunch and dinner with a delicious menu serving a variety of salads, sandwiches, pastas, steaks and seafood. Pay us a visit, and you'll feel as if you've stepped back in time as you mill around in a restaurant unlike any other in Utah.
We had a fabulous time at the Great Escape! We did the wizarding room, and had "escaped" Area 52 previously. Carrie was our Game Master and she did such a great job of keeping the room challenging without being frustrating ;) It was such a fun room with high intensity required which kept us all on our toes! We were successful in our escape, and I attribute a large part of that success to the creativity of the room set up--it had so many fun challenges! I would definitely recommend doing these escape rooms, especially if you can have Carrie!!
