One of the best State parks in Southern Michigan. Has a beautiful lake for boating and swimming. Many hiking trails throughout the park and plenty of parking. The place is so big it never feels over crowded with people. Lots of wildlife roaming the trails area also. Great family place.

The Mall at Partridge Creek is an open-air shopping center in Clinton Township, Michigan hosting over 100 stores like Nordstrom, Apple, Coach, Banana Republic and Aveda Salon. Partridge Creek is perfect for a night out, with numerous restaurants and an MJR Digital Cinema 14. The mall is dog-friendly and also provides amenities like bocce ball courts, free Wi-Fi, children's splash pad fountains.
This is a very nice outdoor mall. Always nicely decorated. Dogs are allowed, so watch your step. They have good bands at night , in the summer. A tree lighting ceremony in the winter (which is far too crowded and borderline dangerous due to the crowd/inability to move). There is a good mix of stores. Our kids like to hang out here with their friends, but it lacks restaurants for the younger crowd. There used to be a Taco Bell, not sure what happened to it.
My wife and I saw a movie at the MJR Theatre here this week. The seats were comfortable but were full of previous patrons’ popcorn. There wasn’t enough room in front of the reclined seat for someone to pass comfortably. Our seats were in the second row which was far too close, our necks were hurting half way through the movie. The worst part was it was far too cold in the theater. Our hands and feet were freezing. We told a young male worker when we walked out, he said “Well it’s cold outside too”. Not very good customer service skills.

I was invited to a lunch bridal shower. The inside of the building is nicely appointed. The room was set up and decorated by the party hostesses. Looked very festive. There were about 70 people. Food provided by Andiamo.
It was a buffet. The hostess sent us table by table so there was no waiting in line. The food was hot and plentiful as the wait staff refilled as needed. We were offered Cuke salad, potato salad, rolls and butter, pasta in a red sauce, quiche, home fries, blintzes, a sausage veggie dish sweet rolls, muffins and fruit.
The food was plentiful and hot. Beverages were offered at the table. I would recommend this venue for any large party.

Yates is one of the oldest, continually running businesses in Michigan. Come for a visit and be a part of what has made Yates Cider Mill a destination for generations.
I like going here because it is not far to travel to and it can be group family outing. The only thing that if your allergic to yellow jacket bee stings need to be aware.

Our first time to Emagine. Took grandkids to see a Christmas movie. I thought the loud volume would bother them but they were mesmerized the entire time. Loved the power recliners. Although we didn’t partake you can get cocktails
and meals while you are there. Was very clean and easy to find your way around. Wish they had had two cashiers selling tickets because the people in front of us were trying to cash in points or something that took five minutes easily. Still made it to the show on time so no big deal.

BreakOut! In Warren is Michigan's first live Room Escape game. Search the room, find clues and solve puzzles as a team to escape the room!
Super fun outing with three girlfriends! We did the zombie room and while we didn't get out, we found three keys. Highly recommended for groups and families, although some questionable language in clues for those under 18. Zombie room is best with larger sized groups (8-10). Well organized, clean location, and friendly staff!

I took my boys and their friends, ages 10-12 and we had a blast! From solving the puzzles in the lobby to earn extra playing time, to working together to “escape”, we all had a great time.
The room was challenging, but not impossible!
The staff was warm and welcoming! We can’t wait to go back and try another room!

Was lucky enough to be able to join a group visit to the GM Heritage Center, as it's not open to individuals. If you want to get a good idea for what GM has produced over the many years, this is the place to be. Really worth to get a group together for a visit.

Such a wonderful and charming this little baseball stadium!. Fireworks, kids running the bases after every game, low prices for tickets and food/drinks, better-than-expected play from the minor league teams, free parking (by the way, I've seen several reviews elsewhere in which complaints were written about how far the parking is from the stadium, but there is a free shuttle that takes fans from the parking lot to the front door for those who struggle with the walk) and lots of kid activities. Very friendly staff and the owner, Andy Appleby, is always walking around. There is a awesome vendor at the Brooks Craft Beer both (Karen)!
The only small complaints I have are that the first base side walkway is very crowded as there are many food booths there and the walkway is rather small. So those in line at the booths block the pathway and you have to dodge and dart in between everyone. The batter walk up music is very loud when sitting in the seats behind the plate (and this is coming from an old 70s rocker guy).
But you will have fun here!

This is a beautiful park to relax at any time of the day, always peaceful, very clean. Also a great place to have family gatherings or a wedding, the fountain is a beautiful place for pictures!
