Podere Collalto is a spectacular hilltop vineyard and winery located in Trequanda (Siena), at the center of a triangle encompassing the Chianti Classico zone, Montepulciano and Montalcino. The terroir of Azienda Agricola Buli is optimal to produce the finest wines and olive oil. We produce 3 Red wines, Rosato (Rose) ,White and Grappa. I've been to Podere Collalto many times with my wife and friends. Located in the heart of Tuscany it has spectacular views of Cortona, Montalcino and Siena. Dr. Buly planted vineyards years ago and makes wonderful Tuscan wines. He also makes award winning olive oil. The villa and the cantina are gorgeous, offering views and a perfect setting to taste wines and enjoy an authentic Italian meal. Chris is a great host who is welcoming and helpful. He also makes a wonderful pasta carbonara! I enthusiastically referred Collalto to friends visiting Italy. The wines, the view and the hospitality are unmatched.

Sausage, steak Florentine, beautiful cuts of meats. Group of friends as guest workers at local vineyard dined royally grilling the meats and sausage from this outstanding butcher.

Fattoria del Colle is a sixteenthcentury farm, a 336 hectares estate, south of Siena. 6 hectares of Olive groves and 17 of Vineyards. Sangiovese, Foglia Tonda, Merlot, Sagrantino and Traminer are the main vines cultivated. The estates also has 5 truffle preserves for the production of white truffles. The winery is on four levels. It begins with the medieval hermitage. Walking through the old cellar and among the barrels visitors reach the loft where Vinsanto is aged. Fattoria del Colle is a place of memory and local traditions. The wine production areas are Chianti and Orcia Doc. Among the main labels there are Chianti Superiore Docg, Cenerentola Orcia Doc and three Igt wines, besides Vinsanto del Chianti and Extra virgin Olive Oil.
