I'm not a shopper, but I do like walking down the tree-lined street and admiring how this town has been revitalized since I graduated from high school here over 50 years ago. I also enjoy the side streets for the same reason.

Grouper Capital of the World, Mad Beach, or just Madeira Beach-whatever you call this beautiful Gulf-side getaway, you won't have any trouble finding sun, fun and delectable seafood.
Clean, beautiful white sand beach. Rentals for chairs, umbrellas, kayaks, paddle boards. Restroom facility can be crowded and a little gross after a busy day. Snack shop is expensive but to be expected. We crossed the street and got slices of pizza and drinks and snacks at 7-11. We enjoyed walks and looking for shells as well as just enjoying a beautiful day.

I went here with the local Audubon society for bird watching but not only saw birds but lovely butterflies, marsh rabbits and even a couple of alligators. The trails were all very nice and there was plenty to see and enjoy. There were people having picnics and enjoying bike riding, walking, running and playgrounds that looked fun for kids.

I took my family here to celebrate my 60th birthday. This was my favorite day! I loved watching my grandchildren see the beach for the first time! This beach is very clean!
We rented chairs and umbrellas from a very nice college age man.
There are many good and drink options all within a short walk.
They have free clean bathrooms.
They also have a giant water slide for a small fee.

Gorgeous, laid-back St. Pete Beach was voted TripAdvisor's No. 1 Beach in the U.S. and No. 5 in the world in 2012, based on millions of reviews from travelers around the world. When you visit this magical expanse of sand, you'll understand why.
Wonder what I would do if I lived here? It’s breathtaking! I’m hoping to return. Parking is a premium near St Pete’s Beach. We found a neighborhood seafood restaurant Ricks Reef to grab a bite. Just go right in find a seat type of place and the waiteress Will come over and take your order! There’s plenty of outdoor seating too.
Thanks for the amazing sunshine! I’m coming back every year!

freeFall Theatre is Tampa Bay's most exciting professional theatre! The mission of freeFall Theatre is to pursue art’s greater purposes and the transformative power of theatre – as a builder of community, a source of upliftment, and a builder of cultural legacy. We will present a varied range of classical and new works that are bold, daring, and diverse. Our work will strive to be accessible, and we will present it in ways that invite, entertain, and challenge our audience. We are committed to improving the lives of the citizens of Tampa Bay through our efforts to provide broad access to theatre that represents a high level of artistic achievement, and through educational programs that increase the community’s understanding and enjoyment of live theatre.
This theatre is very small but not cramped, just intimate. We love the talent that is here and the performances never disappoint. They do serve drinks outside just before you enter the theatre and snaks, there are also restrooms that are clean for use. If you are late you will have to wait to enter as they will not let you disturb the scene that is being performed which is a good thing, nothing worse than trying to see the performance to have people parading in front of you making you miss it.

Ahoy! This is Capt. Greg with Sea-N-Things Boat Trips. I will give you, your family and friends the thrill you all are looking for. We will cruise the waters of the St. Petersburg Beach areas looking for dolphin, manatees, birds, local landmarks and anything else we can find. Each trip delivers its own unique experience. The average trip is 2 hours long for up to 6 people per trip. Please check out the website for great pictures and more ideas of what to expect.
What a great experience from booking to landing! Captain Greg is all about getting you out on the water and working with you to ensure that you have a great time! Knowledgeable, personable, responsive, and full of energy, he makes the trip fun, educational, and did I say fun?- well it is worth repeating. He took us to the sites we wanted to see and more. Seeing dolphins up-close-and-personal and stopping and getting out to search for wildlife on the sandbar was a blast. This trip was a great way to give our team a chance to have fun in the sun.

50 Live alligators , rescued animals including Rudolph, the 100 lb. Spur thigh tortoise. See Chompers as seen on Animal Planet! Family friendly attraction. Priced just right for the whole family at just $15 for up to 5 people. Other adventures available.
When I first brought the idea of going here to my 14 year old son, he was not interested. However when we were walking around John's Pass, he asked if we could go. Then he decided to do the package where he got to feed the alligators, take a picture with one and also got a t-shirt. He really enjoyed it. The people there are very helpful and will answer all your questions. I would recommend it.

Take advantage of this unique opportunity to "Swim with the Fishes." Swim with over 30 species of fish in a 33,500-gallon aquarium tank located in RumFish Grill in front of Guy Harvey Outpost, a TradeWinds Beach Resort. Experience what it's like to swim with grouper, green moray eel, tarpon, snook and many other Florida indigenous species!
We had a great experience swimming with the fish today. They limit the number of participants on the tour and only 4 people swim at a time. The pre-swim tour is great and swimming in the tank is awesome. If you’re very still, the fish come right up near you. A great family experience that is very reasonably priced.
