We have visited here before, this is our second visit. I cannot say enough positive things about our visit. We were greeted like family. They remembered us from our previous visit. That is an amazing thing. John's tour and history is wonderful. We can't wait for him to write his book, already have a copy sold. His wife and daughter are WONDERFUL???? As far as the spirits go, top notch, wonderful, smooth. You can tell that he and his family really take pride in the product they are producing. Will definitely be back and will also tell all our friends and family. Go see them in Travelers Rest. Support South Carolina small business. We will be back soon. Thank you all for making a Saturday afternoon great. You need to try the moonshine chili. It is an AWARD winner. See you again soon and thank you for a wonderful afternoon.

Perfect place to gather with friends, especially during porch weather. They helped me find a wine I liked, even though I tend to not like wines at all. They took it as a challenge and helped me find something delicious. This location is tucked away at the back of a building but it's worth discovering. You can bring your own tacos fro next door and sit by the cozy fire or sit on their cute porch.

This shop has some great deals on Patagonia and Kavu products, which I normally buy online from REI. It’s well worth the visit and the staff is super helpful and friendly. It’s a great place to buy local trail maps and paddle guides and I bought a local folklore book while I was in there too. Any outdoor enthusiast should stop on in here.

Cherokee Valley is a spectacular Blue Ridge Mountain golf mecca that attracts players from all over the country. With a mild, four season climate, you can enjoy comfortable golf play at Cherokee Valley all year round. Our 18 Hole, 6586 yard par 72, Dye designed championship course is a masterpiece to play. Great courses are often defined by the quality of their greens and the Champion Bermuda greens at Cherokee Valley are among the best in all the Upstate. With a gorgeous waterfall on our signature 5th hole and magnificent Blue Ridge Mountain views providing a vivid backdrop. The dramatic elevation changes and impeccable conditions make Cherokee Valley a must play destination.
I have to respond to the gentleman that said this course is tricked up. This course only has two blind shots Tee shot on 16 and the layup on 18. The greens are fast so if you don’t like fast undulating greens where all pin placements are tough. Go some where you like the greens slow flat and boring. If you like a course that’s in great shape and a challenge you won’t find anything better in a fantastic price range. We stayed at the stay and play facility’s and you will pay 3 times the price at any other comparable facility. And that’s just the facts. If you don’t enjoy golf here............QUIT!
Vineyard that will soon become a winery.
