Strongsville is a city in Cuyahoga County, Ohio, United States, and a suburb of Cleveland. As of the 2010 census, the city population was 44,750. The city's nickname 'Crossroads of the Nation,' originated from the Baltimore and Ohio Railroad (B&O) intersecting with the Southwestern Electric Line that connected Cleveland and Wooster, Ohio. As the railroad line ceased operation in 1931, the motto and city seal have been adapted to reflect the modern day intersection of Interstate 71 and the Ohio Turnpike.

It's not in the dictionary, but if it was, Go Ape would be described as a 'tree top adventure'.That means we build giant obstacle courses up in the trees using ladders, walkways, bridges and tunnels made of wood, rope and super-strong wire, and top it all off with the world's best zip lines. We then equip people with harnesses, pulleys and carabiners, give them a 30 minute safety briefing and train
Very nice staff made demonstrations very easy to learn and understand. Smaller place but it was nice they way they regulate the amount of people that can be onthe coarse at once. Been to other zip lining places and there can be to many people on the course at one time which makes things go alot slower and cuts into your time. Likes how you can choose easier or harder obstacles. Tarzan swing is amazing they need a coarse with just like 10 of them. Good coarse for younger older and beginner's. Would recommend.

The course was in terrific shape. Although it was fall, the course was very clear of the leaves. The greens were in good shape and holding shots. The course is scenic and can force you to produce some very unique and precise second shots to meet the challenge of the holes. Play was average to quick even on a cart path only day.
It plays around 5900 yds. from the white with a rating and slope of 68.0 and 115.
The course is open all year long. Rates vary per season. Winter rates $25 and $20 for seniors. With our "groupon purchase" we were able to play the 18 for $18. - what a steal.

For shopping near Cleveland, the SouthPark Mall is a favored destination. The mall hosts Dillard's and Macy's department stores, over 175 restaurants and shops and a Cinemark movie theater in Strongsville, OH. Find the shopping center at Royalton and Howe, just west of I-71.

I have been at this mall about 3 or 4 days a week for four years, as I box and take classes at Empowering Punch, located on the second floor near Dick's Sporting Goods. I am there in the heat of summer as well as the dead of winter. In snow and ice. With Santa and the Easter Bunny. The social calendar of this mall is always full. Bridal Shows, Scouts sleep-over, Red Cross Blood Collections, play dates for the youngest, health fairs and the list goes on.
There is a toddler play area on the first floor (free), bungee jumping on the second floor (fee), a drop off babysitting play area near Macy's (fee) as well as a train ride (fee). Wheelchairs are available as are strollers for rent.
There is a food court on the second floor near the Cinema.
There is always something going on at SouthPark Mall. It is an easy way to shop, play and eat without going outside.

I truly don't understand. The cost is significant and although it is called a farm...is it really? Everything has a fee. Everything. I think there are better alternatives in the area.

Pine Hills Golf Club is one of northeast Ohio’s premier golf facilities for over 50 years. Our scenic country club like conditions, woodlands, rolling terrain and fast greens will make for a challenging, but fair test of your golf skills. Pine Hills Golf Club is often listed as a favorite and known as a player’s golf course. Play our memorable signature eighteenth hole - recognized as one of the
I returned to the area to play in a golf outing at the course which I hadn't played in 10 or more years. I was thoroughly impressed. The course has a nice club house and well-stocked golf shop. The course itself is in perfect condition. The greens are cut short and roll true. The fairways are just about perfect. The course is challenging but there are several sets of tees that make it playable for most any golfer. My wife played the green tees and I the whites. We enjoyed the round and had a great time with friends. The lunch after the round with hamburgers, sausages, potato salad and the like was delicious.

First time dining here. Good service - food not so much. Ordered the salmon sliders which the server said was just ground salmon with maybe a little parsley. Unfortunately, it came with a very pungent fish odor and was filled with large chunks of raw onion and way too much green matter. Took one bite and sent it back. It was awful. The server asked the manager to take it off the bill and apparently the manager refused - no explanation. She dropped the bill off and walked away.
First and last time I'll be going there.

Had a blast on the Toboggan Shoot. Got to race since there are two shoots and they track your speed. $ 6 per ride or they had $12 unlimited when we were there. There was no snow but they were still able to run the ride. Nice Chalet where you could stay cozy warm from the weather with fireplaces. They offer some drinks and snacks for purchase. The staff was great and gave me a head start so I could beat my children in a race. Absolutely loved it! Must be able to climb a lot of stairs in order to ride down since there are no human lifts.

Growing up in the Cleveland area, I had never been here until last summer when we went for a hike with my in-laws. My kids absolutely have a blast walking the main path and exploring everything around them. This year we didn't see many animals other then bird, but last year we saw tons of deer. The main path itself is very clear and well maintained. By far my kids love the nature center the most. The tree play area they have is amazing. There are so many wonderful details and my kids have a blast playing on it. It's also great to see the turtles and fish they have in the tanks. We always seem to get lucky and the turtles seem to be out swimming every time we are there. This is a great little area to explore when you are in the area.

Wonderful, manageable, informal gardens that have worked on since 1949. Lovely annuals, perennials, water plants etc. the "docent" was a very hospitable young man who appears sincerely dedicated. My wife asked about the poppies and he gave her a packet of seeds!
