This is a great place and the entry is free. You can just chill under the trees as your young kids enjoy the small pools and splashes.

Lots of family history in here being a Ryder. Disappointed they moved it from the top of the hill by the pool. The pine still stands there though

Lots to do in this park, from the park, rock pools, open spaces and walkways along the ocean inlet, was fantastic

We booked a Christmas barefoot bowls evening with 14 of us. It was a fantastic experience and a lot of fun. We booked a catering package for dinner and the food was top shelf. I can’t recommend Sourhport Bowls highly enough. Great fun, great food and great staff. 5 stars for me ????

Hosting one million visitors annually, Southport Sharks is one of the largest clubs in Queensland and one of the Gold Coast’s leading clubs with over 55,000 members. Our facility offers a multi-purpose events centre, two restaurants, a cafe, five bars, two AFL grade ovals, sports facilities, modern 24/7 fitness centre, kids club, gaming facilities and free weekly entertainment, plus a 120-room hotel. Southport Sharks has a strong commitment to the local community and while we are a not-for-profit community club, we have a commercial focus. Sharks understands that the harder we work, the more the community benefits – from our football team, to our front line team members, we know that results count both on and off the field. We’re proud to be part of the Gold Coast community and proud to be your club.

Great little theatre tucked away in Southport. Saw a fantastic production 'Bye Bye Birdie' last week. Great cast, eye-popping set design and wonderfully choregraphed. Great to see venues like this embraced. Park in vacant block next door for $4. Download the easy park app before you go to make your life easier...it's a pink square with a lower case e on it. Enjoy the culture.
