My husband and I visited the Smithtown Library yesterday to get library cards and took a tour of the library. There are several levels at the Smithtown Branch. We were thrilled to see how many different areas there are and how much there was to see. The library is well-appointed with a variety of books, magazines, audio and video materials as well as a myriad of computers, resources and assistance from friendly, helpful librarians. I am looking forward to exploring everything this library and the other branches of the Smithtown Library has to offer.

A funeral Mass for a dear friend. Liturgy was accompanied by superb music that included Our Lady of Knock and the Irish Soldier Boy. Exited while serenaded by the Pipes playing “Going Home”.

This state park is truly a hidden gem. The walls and the bird preserve is amazing. The fly fishing school and activities look fantastic. Great afternoon to enjoy the outdoors.

Our visit to Harmony Vineyard was fantastic. We went for a Sunday brunch... fabulous farm-to-table fare. Quiches, omelets, pancakes, frittatas, salads, fresh yogurt and fruits, all washed down with mimosas. We sat outside near the vineyard rolling down to the water. Beautiful day, didn’t want to leave! Setting was ideal! Staff was friendly and attentive!
