After enjoying the ziplining, you will swim in Cascada Lulu, a waterfall located at the bottom of the 13th station in El Valle, Samana, excellent excursion to do with friends, family and children. Such a hidden gem, gorgeous beach and great food and drinks at mami’s beach bar. Friendly owner and WiFi! Had such a wonderful afternoon relaxing here! Recommend renting a bike near by and riding through the town especially if you’re staying at the Dominican treehouse village!

Unforgettable time of our recent trip to Dominican Republic, in this occasion visiting Salto El Limon in Samana, hosting for Florina Toma and Adrian Baias. We were guided for the best expert team at Parada La Manzana, we enjoyed the stay at this location, it was remarkably interesting to experience the excellent service of this traditional local tour operator. We received the warmest hospitality from Salvador, Antonia and every staff member at this location. Our tour was by horse back-riding and our assigned horses Champion, Papeleta and Pinkachu were incredible friendly and focused during the ride leading by Joaquin and the rest of the amazing staff. Once we arrived, we were delighted to experience the most impressive waterfall ever seen, the beauty of the water falling and the greener lush surrounding was astonishing. We really enjoyed the breath taking sceneries and let ourselves immersed in this well-preserved sanctuary in Samana. After returning from the waterfall – we stayed at Parada La Manzana’s restaurant to enjoy exquisite tropical meal that was included in the tour package and later we visited their famous giftshop to get folkloric souvenirs to remember this epic journey. We highly recommend this Tour via Parada La Manzana to experience the Iconic Salto El Limon in Samana. Until the next visit !!!! Zai Druding Travel Designer & Host Sun-Sand-Spirit-DR

Dominican tree house village brought us out to this beach on our ATV tour. We drank a coco loco that a young man climbed a tall coconut tree to get us a fresh coconut, and enjoyed the beatiful weather at this beatiful beach.

The Whale Museum is a small non-profit educational museum dedicated to the humpback whale, a marine mammal that returns every year to the warm waters of the Caribbean that saw them born. The museum is owned by a nongovernmental organization called CEBSE (Center for the Conservation and Eco-development of the Bay of Samana and its Surroundings) that uses the funds raised by the museum for a program of scientific monitoring and conservation of the humpback whale .
