We are Marin County's professional Shakespeare theatre company, located in central San Rafael, at the Forest Meadows Amphitheater on the Dominican University Campus. We make Shakespeare fun! For a list of upcoming events, please visit our website!
Love this organization. Just received an email for the upcoming season and were surprised on the lack of reviews for this great entertainment option. We try and go once or twice during the summer and always have a great time. I like that you can bring food and alcohol, with plenty of room in the row to set up a table, sit back, and snack before the performance. Wonderful production value, atmospheric setting, and like minded participants add to the charm. Bring warm clothes, it chills down quickly. Plenty of parking. Just love it!

I went with my 22 year old daughter, and she probably got tired of me saying "I remember that!" Ok, I'm not old enough for all the Nazi propaganda, but the Chinese, Soviet, Cuban, & Iranian stuff was familiar enough. And the placards at each piece were very interesting as they pointed out major themes, or small nuances that really enhanced understanding. It's looks tiny at first - I thought a 25 minute visit tops... but we spend a good hour and felt we cut it short! And that was before we got to conversing with Tom Areton, one of the creators of the museum with his wife LIlka. He was very nice, and made the place even more special as he gave us more information on the pieces, and his personal life behind the Iron Curtain. And the 22 year old? She liked it as much as I did!

Established in 1996, Spider Murphys is recognized as having some of the worlds most renowned tattoo artists in the San Francisco Bay Area. Aside from professionally adding art to bodies on a daily basis, Spider Murphys have had their original pieces of hand painted tattoo flash published in numerous books, magazines and limited edition prints. These paintings are on display inside the shop and many of those designs on display are from both of their highly celebrated books- "Spider Murphys Tattoo Flash" & "Spider Murphys Tattoo Flash Vol 2" which besides adorning the walls of tattoo shops across the world were also featured at the MOMA bookstore in New York. They have prints and books available to purchase. Its worth a visit just to see these pieces of timeless tattoo art, which will take you on a journey back in time. A true tribute to the early 1930's and the beginnings of classic American tattooing.

Located on the grounds of an old Chinese fishing settlement, this park includes over 1,500 acres of beaches, hiking trails and picnic grounds.
Wonderful state park with a good selection of trails and coastal areas to explore. So much outdoor recreation to enjoy including mountain biking, hiking, kayaking, camping, picnics and discovering historical facts of the actual China Camp. East facing so typically it's dry and less windy with great views of the bay. Small day fees apply but well worth it and only about 20 miles from San Francisco.
