We drove about 2 hours out of our way on our spring break road trip to come here. There are about 205 alligators on the property. The feeding was well organized, everyone had good seats. But during his presentation one of the staff members repeatedly made misogynist comments about women such as ladies always like alligator shoes and girls like pink. At one point he likened one of the alligators to Hillary Clinton. It was extremely offensive and divisive. He kept calling female alligators “ladies” instead of female alligators and he couldn’t even say the scientific word “mating”— he called it “alligator wrestling.” You would think someone working at a place like this would have a better handle on science.
The place is well kept and clean and the alligators appear healthy and happy. We got to hold a baby alligator too. They take in nuisance alligators that would otherwise have been euthanized.

We were on our way to slay some ducks in the marshes of South Louisiana so we stopped here to brush up with a little skeet and trap shooting. This is a full service facility with a nice pistol range too. Great customer service from the guys and we will definitely come back for more.

This is a nice little farm stand. The real treat is the ice cream shop. They sell a few baked goods, like bread and muffins, but their specialty is incredibly sweet cobblers. Even a small serving will fill you up. And, of course, they'll gladly add a scoop of ice cream to cut the sweetness. They have several flavors, including pecan cobbler, which was a first for me. They also have a fairly good selection of ice creams. Peach is my personal favorite. The staff is always polite and friendly.

My daughter, 6, and I did the train robbery, horse ride, fed the goats, pigs, and chickens. Then, rode the covered Wagon, and the mini train. I felt like all of the characters and other workers went out of their way to make this a great experience. Definitely going back in October for the Halloween train ride.

We have lived in Foley for almost a year, but have never gone to the Railroad Museum. We finally decided to give it a try. Wow. What an experience. So much to look at and comprehend about Foley and it's history. Lots of things we didn't know about. The place needs a little more organization and the exhibits need to be labeled better, but overall, just a great trip back in time. They are in the process of getting things organized and probably within the year, it will be even better.

The main shopping area in this picturesque resort town.
Fairhope Avenue has something for everyone. Men's clothing, women's clothing, restaurants, art galleries, coffee shops, museums and plenty more. We were here for the annual art show held outside with about 200 artists. Great art to buy. Plenty of other shops off the side streets.

We are a full service dive shop. We offer a full selection of dive gear from beginner to professional, air and nitrox tank fills while you wait, full equipment service (regulators, tanks, and computers), 2 charter boats, and all your educational needs from basic open water to instructor.
I've been diving for over 30 years and whenever I go on vacation I like to go on a dive. Over my entire diving career I've never had a dive shop use public reefs to dive on. There was a boat on the reef we we dove on, so we should have found some where else instead of ruining that boats trip by putting divers in the water beside them. High pressure obviously doesn't care about their customers experience by giving them quality diving nor do they care about being considerate to other boats while on the ocean.

The Frog Pond at Blue Moon Farm is a new venue for songwriter's and music. It is a home that provides a stage and beautiful scenery to hear wonderful music in a very laid-back and relaxed atmosphere. The century-old farmhouse is owned by Cathe Steele and she is setting up the entertaiment. You can find Blue Moon Farm on Facebook for future information. Next event is planned for October 29th. Totally primitive camping is allowed but reservations must be made for every event as space is limited. Everyone brings food, their own libations, lawn chairs, etc.
I was there for the inaugaural evening and it was so beautiful, relaxing, and fun! Great music was provided by Grayson Capps & The Lost Cause Minstrels, Sugarcane Jane, and Andrew Duhon. The place sold out at 250 guests and a wonderful time was had. Children are welcomed -- come early and Cathe will entertain and educate your children on horses, cows, plants, trees and how to live with nature.

The bayfront centerpiece of the town features duck ponds, a fountain and an award-winning rose garden.
This place is pure perfection. The kind of perfection that makes your whole being of body and mind flood in pure joy. The community of Fairhope and the groundkeepers here have made a small slice of heaven on earth. Gah, I can't say enough at how amazing this place is. You must experience this place in person. Take a walk, because you won't regret it.

This was out first time to shop Tanger Outlet Foley. I took my 15 year old son shopping there one morning while we were there, because it was to cool during the morning to go to the beach. This outlet mall was so much cleaner and nicer than some of the others that we have been to. The people in the mall office were so nice and helpful, the easy access from building to building was easy and well marked throughout the entire mall. There was a wide variety of stores and great deals. We will be back.
