The Baylor Massacre site is tied to a surprise attack during the Revolutionary War and is a memorial site to those who were lost during the attack.
This is a perfect place for Revolutionary buffs who enjoy learning about the war and for locals who want to know the state's place during the war. It is something if you do not know the local area could easily be missed.
It is a quiet, solemn area to come and read the plaques and have a sense of what these men and women gave up for their country during the war years. Local people did make a difference in the war years for our freedom and this site reflects it.

We love the Bergen County Zoo. It is a family favorite! We are members and they have many great activities all year long! Wonderful new updates and fantastic programs. My kids go to their zoo camp for a week in the summer as well! Love it!

I cannot recall when we bought better bread a croissants. Not only is the produce of high quality but extremely well priced. Well worth a visit. Be prepared to wait, this is a very busy store!

just finished reading some of the reviews that had rated this place poor-terrible. I noticed these were all reviews dating back a number of years. I am glad someone at the farm must have been paying attention to all the negative stuff and worked on improving it. I was just there Sunday Aug 6th. Yes it was crowded. but found that they had organized sufficient parking. They have 3 hayrides up to orchard so the wait is no longer more than 5-10 minutes.
The bag we were given holds about 12 lbs of peaches. Although most were still hard and thankfully so. As there is no way we could have finished them all before they rotted had they been completely soft. Also they did not seem to mind people noshing on peaches as they picked as opposed to other places where they ask you not to eat as you pick. Peaches were delicious. For $30,(5$ per person entrance plus 10$ for the bag) we got about 13 lbs of peaches to take home plus whatever we ate while we picked. A little pricier than your local fruit store but well worth it. The peaches are delicious. If you are there with little kids they have a small petting zoo (some goats llamas or alpacas not sure which and a pig) all running around in a little corral keeps the little one entertained for an additional 40 minutes maybe longer if they do not get bored quickly. as someone else mentioned don't bother buying the wafers they sell as animal feed from what i saw the animals weren't interested. All in all a good time if you don't have to drive far to get there. We actually stopped there just to break up a little road trip we were on. Would consider going back after labor day for apple season.

We love it here! The service is always pleasant and attentive, the food is always fresh, creative and delicious. The chef uses whatever vegetables and fruits are in season and creates dishes around them . I recommend the risotto , fish tacos, goffle chicken and Creme brûlée, just to name a few! This place never disappoints.

We went here on a recommendation of a lady we met in a store in Sleepy Hollow. It was so beautiful. Part of the gardens is under construction but the parts we did see were still really lovely. It was a nice place to stop and take pictures.

Superb maintenance both outside and inside.
For anyone interested in Hudson Valley colonial dutch architecture, this is an essential stop. The house was built in 1700 and the date is marked in glazed brick.
Washington state here during the trial, signing of the death warrant and hanging of British spy major John Andre.
Washington served Andre with meals in this house during that period.

An accomplished man and a gallant officer."
Thought-provoking history.
